The Hotel and Rooms, were new so therefor, everything was fine. Breakfast was available, but i didn't try it. Pool was also available, but for my taste, bit to much of Chlor, the smell was breathtaking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is a bit outside from the Downtown areas, and if your coming from the freeway north, you cant turn on the street, to the street to the hotel, you have to make a uturn at the next light. Also the Entry is dark, i missed twice the Entry street. Actually no Problem, you can take the next street, and also drive up to the Hotel. The Area around the Hotel seems a hudge Development Area, you see, a lot of plans around. Actually there is an Appartementcomplex and the Hotel there, nothing else.

The room was clean and new. The extra space and kitchen were nice. I wish I had been able to stay longer to enjoy it.

This is a heads up more than a complaint. It is not on the easiest road to access from University Blvd. but that is the road not anything the hotel can control. Thankfully there are signs to help find the road and Google maps did get me to the right location in a weird way. There were definite moments of doubt along the way and I am familiar with the area.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I found the room to be comfortable and had everything we needed.

That breakfast on Saturday did not start until 7. We were playing in a pickleball tournament and had to leave at 6:50am to get to courts and we’re not even able to grab anything but a coffee. It was mv fault for not asking but we have never had that problem before at any hotel so i just did not think to ask.

The amenities inside the room. The products for skin care were excellent and the rooms were dark, and that help us to sleep and rest wonderfully.

The breakfast was not good. I know that is basic, but it must be better. Apples has hairs and were moldy oranges underneath.

I love everything about my stay even the breakfast ms retha the lady who the kitchen excellent she is very sweet an always have hot breakfast an coffee ready. Christina she also was a blessing very nice and very helpful mr Joe front desk thank for the help. Abby was also great she was very helpful I just want to thank of them for making my stay great oh dont forget the outside deck fired place it's so beautiful

To be honest there wasnt any dislikes about my stay every thing was great I have no bad comments

The staff was nice .. Every-time I looked the staff was cleaning and smiling while they was doing it . The rooms was a nice size and the beds was comfortable. The room was cleaned with pride .

I didn’t like the water pressure at the bathroom sink . I got a call about funds when I hadn’t even check in yet or check in time was 3:00 I arrive at 2:00 .Pay at check in was my option so I didn’t understand the call and when I ask about it they was clueless about the call..

Abby and all the front desk girls were so sweet, very friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. They were very helpful. Retha helped with breakfast every morning. She always had a smile for us and kind words. She was funny. The breakfast was tasty and had good options for everyone.

We stayed for 4 days and nobody took out our trash, left any clean towels/washcloths, or toilet paper. The front desk was very sweet and gave us whatever we needed but I've never stayed in a place that it wasn't left automatically daily. No housekeeping touched our room the whole week. The facility itself was clean enough. Also, they picture a nice little firepit in their outside sitting area but it was not assembled and wasn't working. That was one of the reasons I booked there. We like sitting outside by those at night.

The location is great

Seems to have become very run down just since last Spring. The breakfast bar seems to be lacking in freshness and variety. Several of the serving pieces were broken.

The room was nice. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly.

The noise was an annoying as the room above us was extremely noisy. The hotel had a field trip with teenage kids running around the hotel. Additionally, the fire alarm kept going off. Therefore, the elevator was down.

It was lower level for handicap ♿️ access and the room was spacious for the use of my wheelchair ♿️

Everything was clean and people was helpful
