We started off being across from a room with two barking dogs when anyone got close to their room. The receptionist immediately moved us to another room that was very quiet. The studio rooms are very spacious with plenty of seating room and a TV that could be turned to face where we were sitting. For a room A/C, it was not real noisy. Breakfast was better than most of the hotels offering free breakfasts.

Breakfast, red velvet waffers, they were so good. TV and programming were very enjoyable. The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the staff was very nice and Sherry at the front desk was so helpful and nice.

There was not a thing we did not like. Staying at this HI sold me on Hampton Inn, and so I joined the HI club to build stays and points. Cause we plan on using Hampton Inn from now on.

Breakfast was very good, prepared on time every morning. Staff was friendly

There was an issue from booking.com with the virtual card on file which declined multiple times. Front desk staff member Troy was very helpful and patient with myself and my wife with the issue and it was resolved. We appreciate Troy for his friendliness and patience with us. Other visitors had the same issue and he was helpful with them as well.

My family got a Few rooms in town for funeral of our brother. Everyone was very nice. We really enjoyed our time together we did a lot of laughing and using your dining area and we appreciate no one complaining about our laughs and loudness. It was a sad time and all of us brothers and sisters needed that time together we appreciate the warm and welcoming stay.

The room was very clean, and the location was great. Loved how big our room was.

We got the handicap room, and the shower floor was very slick. My wife was afraid she would fall. When we asked about a shower chair, they said one should have been in our closet, and it wasn't, and they couldn't find one for her.

The value is probably where this is the best. It's a 3 star and you get what you pay for but was still very clean. The breakfast was pretty good, small area but it gets the job done. Didn't get a chance to check out the pool because of rainy/overcast weather.

Front desk person started off seemingly in a bad mood, but we are pretty friendly people, so she lightened up and laughed pretty quickly. Makes me believe people who say bad hospitality for these people just approach wrong. AC unit is very loud but is very responsive to the thermostat in the room which is good. If you want to watch streaming services bring a streaming stick.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

First of all I called ahead and they didnt have our reservation. Had to call booking.com and they called the hotel. When we checked in, we went to our assigned room opened the door, only to find it was occupied!! I think only one elevator was working so we had to wait a long time on it. The elevator and hallways were very hot and stifling! The water pressure in the shower was awful! The continental breakfast was not very good. Dumped our plates after 2 bites and went to McDonalds

The continental breakfast was a great. The check in was great, the place was very clean and the check in clerk was very nice. Overall I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Suites. I will be using this chain of Hotel in the future.

I have no complaints at this time.

The location was great, it was easy to find and near many things. We only spent one night there and it was comfortable, the breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a good stay and we enjoyed it.

The parking was so full, but somebody at the front desk helps us to park in front and it was okay.

The front desk girl Dee was absolutely the best. She was very friendly and kind. I had a great time chatting with her. She has amazing customer service.

Could have used better sheets on the bed. Had a few stains and holes
