This property was very nice. It was clean, beds comfortable and they offered complimentary laundry room which was really nice. Staff were all professional and helpful. Free parking was also a plus.

The front door of our room was not install correctly, therefore there was light coming in from both side and underneath and at night the hallway light came in strongly. I also did not like the mandatory night light on light switch in the bathroom. Since there was no door between the bathroom sink and your bedroom again the room was way too lite up to comfortably sleep.

The location was great. I was easy to get to Charleston, Patriot's Point, and the other historical sites.

The breakfast was okay. The eggs weren't very tasty. Everything else was good.

Convenient location, directly off a major roadway. Close to several restaurants. Just over the bridge from downtown Charleston. Good breakfast included, with waffles, or eggs, fresh fruit, …. We enjoyed the 2-bedroom suite. Very roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The refrigerator even had an ice-maker.

We had a couple of issues. Our 2-bedroom suite included a Handicap 2-queen side, and the sliding doors (to the bedroom and to the bathroom) had large weird paddles for closing. But they would latch/lock closed even from the outside. I had to get a knife from the kitchen to open them. Bad idea. Also, the bedroom outlet - for the bed lamp and clock (and my device chargers) - didn’t work. I asked Desk Staff on Thursday morning to have it repaired. Not done. Repeated my request Thursday night. Not done Friday. Again Saturday, and was told no one available over the weekend. One staff took some initiative and she located a couple of extension cords and a power strip for me to use over the weekend. That work very well. She also made sure that my outlet was repaired on Monday.

We picked a balcony room for the view, it was nice. We enjoyed sitting outside at night and in the morning. The room/hotel were pretty much fine. There are quite a few really great hotels in the area. We booked this last minute, the deal wasn't bad, and we had a pretty nice view.

Not much to complain about, but the room had a very strong odor when we arrived (overwhelming baby powder smell). My guess is that they tried to cover up cigarette smoke with an air freshener (there were cigarettes on the balcony). I think they gave us the room with the best view so rather than complain we just aired it out for a few hours with the door open. It got very hot in there, not the greatest experience but it was fine.

I loved the scrambled eggs but not the omelets. And the biscuits they had one day of the 6 I was there were wonderful ! Every one of the staff were friendly and helpful.

I would like to have soap bars in bathroom not liquid dispensers. I brought my own soap. Didn't like the omelets at breakfast. The rooms could be brighter with some color . The toilets are awfully low and for older people very hard to get up from. The taller toilets are preferred.

The room was beautiful and we love the accommodations.

One of the team members was new and we had asked to extend our reservation and he did not enter it correctly. The room was release due to a sports team that was coming in and we had to leave earlier than we had requested. We were planning on staying another month and had to find other accommodations in an area where there were sports teams and spring breaks and things beginning and it was very difficult. It was very disappointing.

This location is ideal for quick access to historic Charleston, Patriots Point and other area attractions. Heading east from Charleston over the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, the hotel is literally the first building to at the end of the bridge. Even though it is right by the highway, there was no traffic noise inside the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room clean, the breakfast fresh and delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was a little tight and there was no covered area to load/unload luggage in the rain.

Excellent location and very friendly staff. Close to stores and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes (minus a very broken mug). Each room was very spacious.

Floors appeared to not have been swept or vacuumed, so we asked for a broom to sweep the kitchen area and a vacuum to do the carpeted areas. We made sure to let the front desk staff know, so housekeeping can do a better job. This was our 2nd time staying and we did not have this problem last time. The furniture could stand a deep cleaning, too.

This was our second time staying here, we like the rooms and the location. This time, we thought the room was nice and clean, we enjoyed the view from the balcony, the kitchen came in handy. It's a pretty nice hotel. Didn't try the breakfast this time but it was fine when we were here last time. Staff was great.

By luck, our ac wasn't working on our last night. With a balcony room, we propped the outside door open to cool the room off. We let them know so they can get it working again, but it didn't make much sense for us to switch rooms.
