The room was clean, comfortable and in good condition. The kitchenette was helpful during our three day stay. I like the duvet bedding.

The location is somewhat hidden with an access road that seems more like a parking lot. The signage would be easy to miss. The lobby area and hallways look more like a truck stop hotel. BUT our room was nice and our stay was quiet.

It was nice an I did like the room. The only issue is the smell of wood clue a the clue coming up in the kitchen under the floor boards.

Wood clue was coming up from under the floor. An the smell of the clue was very over powering.

I like that it was clean and that it had a stove top to cook your food.

Something was wrong with the door to our room. We noticed it when leaving for an outing it would not close at first but finally did after third try. The next day we noticed the door was open as we were watching tv and don’t know how it was opened.

The room was awesome! The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but it was easy enough to go to the store and grab something. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Also, I loved that they had full sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the shower.

The only niggle naggle was that both the shampoo and conditioner bottles seemed to have shampoo in them. But, that is a small complaint versus an excellent stay.

Beds were comfortable and Camm was very nice when checking us in. Room was clean and nice for the price. Kitchenette area was cleaned and stocked with everything you needed. Overall it was a nice weekend stay.

Took awhile for the water to heat up and the toilet took awhile to fill up to flush.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious room. Love that they are pet friendly and our fur baby was able to join us.

Our bathroom toilet did leak water and the fridge was leaking water a little when we first arrived.

The rooms were updated and comfortable. There was also plenty of parking. I only parked in the spaces right in front of the hotel, but the parking lot seemed to be decently lit (very important for families or those traveling solo). The staff were all very welcoming and willing to answer our questions. Great customer service! The location is also great! There were several restaurants, the mall, and other retail stores all within a short distance. It was also not far from I-26 so it was easy to travel to various places in Charleston.

Honestly, there isn't much I did not like. I would have personally preferred queen-sized beds. Also, I would suggest providing some sort of bag to bring down soiled towels in exchange for clean towels.

Good location only a short drive to downtown, beds were comfortable and staff friendly overall happy with our stay

Limited kitchen amenities, only 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 plates etc. not the end of the world but had to continually do dishes

The Hotel was Beautiful...The staff was very professional and SMILING....You dont see that often. The young lady was very kind and helpful when we arrived and the young man was kind & helpful when we left as well. The room was very nice.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was a little outdated but nice for the price. The staff was friendly. Love that the location was near the mall and that we didn't have to drive far for food or the grocery store.

Woke up at 3am to use the bathroom and noticed a roach crawling on the nightstand.
