The breakfast was very good and I like the location .bed was very comfortable

The breakfast area was not being serviced properly. At 845 the breakfast selection items were 95% gone and not getting replaced. No cups for drinks. My wife and I shared 1 piece of toast, no jelly because there was none. NOT MY IDEA OF A BREAKFAST. This was a staffing issue. If your property is offering this amenity it should be staffed to provide a good experience

Breakfast was amazing jus wish they they switched up had cooked grits instead of oatmeal daily, rooms were clean an comfortable an Stephanie at the front desk was absolutely amazing rest of the staff was friendly an accommodating

Only thing I’d like to change was the pillows to be firmer went flat wen laid head on them

Nice and updated hotel! The older lady that makes the breakfast was fantastic!!! So friendly and nice, wanted to give her huge kudos as some of the guest are just rude and she kept her friendly attitude. I wanted to make sure she knew how we appreciated her!!!

Bed was huge, and comfortable. Bathroom toiletries were very good, especially the hair conditioner! The room size was very good, we had a junior suite though there were no plates or cutlery in the cupboards, it seemed stage to have so much cupboard space in the kitchen area which were all empty. There was a coffee machine and coffee provisions and a microwave to heat hot water up for tea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, not the best but there was a variety enough of foods and they even had gluten free bagels which was great. The omelettes and potatoes were really tasty. The hot water dispenser was not very hot that was my only negative about the hotel. Location. It's close to everywhere, 25 min drive to downtown, about $18 taxi ride when it's not too late. Easy to access to boone hall, isle of palms, downtown and sunmervile to the north of Charleston. Certainly great value for money.

Love everything about the property

Loved the breakfast and how friendly the staff were. The room was nice and spacious the bed was comfy and had a mini fridge and microwave. And the hotel was in a pretty good location. Parking was free, the TV had streaming apps and cable. And the price was great. I would stay again.

Jist a few minor things. The room key stopped working for the side entrance after the first night and it was freezing cold. And the second day 2 of the 3 hinges came off from the cabinet door where the mini fridge was. So it was just hanging. And the first night the a/c would keep going out whether on auto or not but we didn't mind because it was cold outside and the heat setting worked fine so we made it work.

Overall a great value for the price. Very good breakfast and great staff.
