The location was perfect

The no patience for pets. We moved into the hotel while my house was on the market with two dogs. We booked through a third-party site. Of course my dogs are unfamiliar with a hotel living so they did some barking when I’m not in the room the hotel staff said they called me. I did not receive the call. I received an email About the barking and being asked to leave if I can’t control the barking. Which I apologize for and had to make the arrangements for them because we didn’t have anywhere else to go. I had to pay separately for my dog so we end up leaving and just renting an Airbnb as a short term rental, which was more money, but I did not want to be away from my dogs..

The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was very cordial.He was an african american with a left hand missing. We asked him if we could have a late checount.He said not a problem.So we could check out between twelve thirty and one o'clock. Very friendly.

What we did not like we got a call at 11:15 am from Roxanne telling us that we needed to leave... told her we had a late checkout and she said there was no late check out and argued with us! VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!!!

The rooms were renovated and were spotless when we walked in. I loved the huge countertops in the bathroom and the room came with all of the amenities I needed such as a mini fridge, microwave, desk, etc.

There's nothing that I didn't like. Currently the hotel is under slight renovations on the first floor but I wouldn't take that into consideration since they still provided excellent service.

A little communication issue. We stayed 2 days longer than we planned. While the staff took our used towels they were never replaced with clean ones. I took pics as I was a bit shocked.

No towels and unmade bed. I believe it was a communication issue however I wasn't able to explain to Head Staff as she was off work the day we left and her replacement didn't understand what I was explaining. All staff though was very nice.

Everything was really awesome!! All facilities open. Good breakfast (if you dont expect meaty breakfasts). TV quality and sound spectacular. I slept very well on the bed. Extremely clean. Price very reasonable. A lot of their mixed and negative reviews are either outdated or unreasonable. I had a blast here.

The location was good and the breakfast was good. The breakfast gave a variety of choices that we enjoyed. The location is right off the highway and very convenient for the travel we endured.

The comforter on the bed was stained and should have been replaced. I was questioned when I asked for a certain number of towels and washcloths. "You should already have some in your room." This happened during the evening when I returned to room after an evening out which was the same night we checked in. It should not matter how many towels and washcloths I need when there were plenty inside the laundry room. We only had 3 people inside our room, however we had already used the towels and washcloths earlier. I just didn't want to have to get more the next morning.

Feels like we are coming home.love that the people are all so nice and welcoming to me and my 4 yr old grandson

Nothing big just would like to see extra big garbage can and more ashtrays outside in back.maybe people would use them instead of throwing stuff down on ground

I loved everything about the hotel, The rooms are very spacious, the breakfast was good!! The staff was wonderful!!I The pool was great!!I would come back and stay anytime!!

We didn't have any WiFi for the TV in our room all weekend and that's all that I didn't like.

Everyone at Summerville Park inn, were professional,informative, and full of grace, My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this really beautiful place

There really is not anything that I could come up with I felt comfy, safe, and My kitten even enjoyed his home away from home top

that every day we were there we smelled marijuana . In the halls and outside. It led to me thinking maybe it’s legal here. Because it was constantly in our hall on the 3rd floor. We stayed 5 days and no one checked to clean the rooms. Staff upset me because she kept complaint about not liking to do 3rd party reservations. It was a long trip and I didn’t want to do anything but go to the room. She made it harder . But after that day nothing but friendly staff.
