it’s in a secluded area and it’s not loud…

The bathroom sink was clogged and the tub was not cleaned throughly.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast. Was happy to harm some warm breakfast items. Big room. Right off highway

Small bathroom. Couldn’t shut door easy without being in the way. Being right near highway you hear all the traffic

The location was nice, a lot was around and it was close to where we needed to go

The front desk staff wasn’t very approachable. I waited all day to get a receipt from checking out and never got one in my e-mail or anything, they never asked me about one when checking out. The security deposit was more than booking said it would be and I’m still waiting for it to come back to my card (checked out around 11am, it’s currently 8pm) When checking into our room, our room didn’t have toilet paper nor did it have conditioner and it was still dirty as we had to throw away things found on the floor under the tv stand. The breakfast was very greasy.

The breakfast was perfect just need to add another trash can at entrance to dining area. People kept having to walk around others getting breakfast to use trash can by kitchen at back of dining room and it got really crowded and it would be easier to have a trash can on your way out. Add English muffins, Turkey bacon and better fake eggs. The worker kept everything stocked and wiped down. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating when we left key n room they kindly gave us another. The front desk had freshly baked cookies for guest and a 24hr snack bar and drinks to purchase. I loved our mattress. The A/C worked great. The room was clean just some dark hair strands on our bathroom floor. I just put towels down on the floor. We requested 2 rooms close together at booking online to arrive within the hour and they accommodated my request with 1 hr notice. Indoor 4ft pool, workout room. Very very close to Tanger and all shopping stores and movie Theatre when taking back roads. It was 15 minutes to downtown Charleston not a bad drive. It would definitely be a great place to stay again for a girls shopping trip. We just came for 1 night for a spring break get away before Grandchildren went back to school. We enjoyed our stay! Eggs were to fake. Weird texture. Dark hair strands on our bathroom floor but bathroom was very clean. No trash can in dining area by entrance caused to much unnecessary traffic while crowded to take trash to back of dining room when it's a small area already.

The front desk staff were really sweet. I was being induced later that evening so, I couldn’t do much walking or bending the lady helped me pick up my things and made sure I had what I needed .

The only bad thing I have to say is that they were remodeling so there was a lot of hammering and noise throughout the day. There was a load of furniture in the hallway but, they got that cleaned up very fast literally within a few hours. My husband and I were gone by 730 PM to head to the hospital but, my daughter and sister enjoyed their stay.

Fitness center was basically non functional.

Great location right off parkway. A variety of breakfast foods. Friendly at the front desk check-in and check-out. Beds firm, the way I like it

All was great until we were gathering bags to leave. No communication from front desk to housekeeping.. All though the sign at desk stated 11am checkout, received a text stating 12noon checkout. Ask about it at front desk, he said ok and asked for room #, housekeeping lady stated must leave while banging on door at 10:55am telling us to "leave checkout 11" (exact qoute), opened the door to tell her, she did not care.. We were already gathering bags to leave before she started banging😒 If I can share text I will!!

I am a normal person that wanted a good deal on a safe and clean hotel. We stayed one night and just wanted to enjoy Charleston. I was very pleased with the customer service, the employee working the desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, no they are not brand new but I was happy with the quality of the comfort and amenities. Again I am a simple person so I’m not looking for a luxury hotel but this was a perfect choice to stay for the night.

It was clean overall and super friendly staff. Also, right next to my favorite coffee shop in Charleston! The breakfast was good. It's also within walking distance to some food trucks.

The window in the room had kiss marks from previous stayers as well as some pink stuff on the wall. I didn't address it because we were only sleeping and then leaving as soon as we got up, but I'm sure the staff would've fixed it for us.

I liked that the property was in pretty good distance of everything we needed and the staff was great! Super easy check in and check out. the place was clean and everything was pretty average as for as the comfort of the beds and room go. The TV is also great!

One issue we had was room service coming into the room when we were there. I guess they thought no one was there, but our stay was until the following day. So we were confused when they were able to open up our room door. Only other thing I didn’t like was the pricing. I feel it’s a bit expensive for the few days we stayed compared to other hotels.
