The Hotel is lovely and well situated, with restaurants, shops and a Walmart close by. Room was nice and spacious and pool was good. The whole experience would have been great if not for one staff member. I arrived early (as I am the victim of travelling by bus) and encountered the RUDEST PERSON at a reception desk I have ever met! I acknowledged being early and said that I would be happy to wait or go for a walk. She made it quite clear that she did not want me "waiting in the Lobby while she was trying to do her work"!! Then, when I asked to keep my suitcase if I went for a walk for 3 hours I was advised twice that "she was not responsible for it" (whilst it was in a staff only accessible room). Wow!! When I returned after 3.00pm she gave me a ground room (which apparently are dearer) and saved me lugging my case upstairs (I assume there is no lift), as compensation for "making me walk around for 3 hours". Too late, damage done...... If you don't like your job, find a different one, preferably not dealing with people! So in short, the hotel is great and all the other staff were nice, I just hope she's off the day you check in!

One Receptionist! AC struggled a little

Staff went out of their way to insure we had everything we needed. We purchased charcoal to grill a steak on the grill by the pool and didn't think to get a lighter being nonsmokers we didn't have one. The lady at the front desk looked for a good 15 min. and found me one. Towels for the pool at the door going to the pool was nice and convenient. Breakfast was ample with the sausage egg and cheese Croissant, good selection of cereal along with other options. Convent location to stores and restaurants. Nice Putt Putt course across the street we walked to. We would stay there again.

Being an older hotel there were small issues that come with age that are to be expected. Towel holder in the room fell off and we told them it didn't need to be rehung while we were there. It was not a problem.

It was quiet. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

There was no hand soap, had to use the tube of body wash to wash hands. They provided shampoo but no conditioner- very minimal accoutrements. They deactivate the key readers on the exterior side doors from 10pm-6am, we had a room close to the far side entrance and when we got back from sight seeing around 11 we couldn’t get in. I had to leave my hard of walking, elderly mother outside by the door while I walked back around to the front and through the hotel to let her in. And the curtains wouldn’t close all the way so a very bright sliver of light came in like a death ray to wake us up earlier than we wanted.

The room was very clean and quiet . The bed and pillows very comfortable. Price was reasonable compared to other motels in the area. Breakfast was adequate. Would like to see them add some pastries to the menu. Easy acess and there is a Perkins restaurant right next door .

The evening desk clerk was very gruff and not hospitable at all. The day desk clerk was too busy to even acknowledge my presence while I stood waiting . No smiles from any staff except the housekeepers. This was a huge disappointment to me because the previous owners and staff were VERY friendly and hospitable. I used to stay there a lot a few years back and my stay was always enjoyable. Also be aware that you will be asked to secure a $100 damage deposit up front which will be refunded to you a day or two after you check out if there is no damage. I was not told any of this when making the reservation.

Foothill Inn was a great place to stay.The staff were very helpful. Across the street was RAPID RIDE where yoiu can get a ride for many places in the cirty..seniors 75 cents,, many good resturants..PIRATE ADVENTURE mini golf across the street..good place to walk breakfast was very good..everything you would eat at home..swimming pool was clean n very well kept with flowers all around this..my room was clean n window view,,

question about was the shuttle for I needed a way to hotel n one staff member said I would have to clal the air port..I had to pay for some of the rapid shuttle bus,,they should show this in their stay,,they are close to air port..

Desk individual was most helpful. Though confirmed, the final information needed from Booking.com was not coming through and she did everything possible to make it easy for us to go ahead, check-in, recommend restaurant and wave off another which had complaints, continuing to check until the info needed came through. She then called our room to let us know all was completed. Thorough and very helpful.

The Booking.com-provided information was slow in coming through and could have been a problem. But our hotel, no. Very good.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Nice size refrig (mini-plus). Our room seemed quite large compared to other hotels.

Front door to office difficult to open with luggage (our room was on 2nd FL above office). We brought our own breakfast, so we did not utilize the hotel offerings, which was very basic cold cereals and bagels.

Common table. Selection of cereals , bread, and bagels. Coffee good enough and always available. Staff (desk) attentiveness. Rooms were quiet. Desk was good sized (& I need to do some work). All and all, great value for $$.

I don’t mind worn furniture - so long as it’s functional- which it was. However, the mattress needs to be replaced. Suggest looking at foam mattresses.

Room was cleaned , Beds were made every day . Plenty of towels and they were large . It was hot , they had an ice barrel stocked with bottles of water all day for free .

Nothing at all to complain about, great staff
