The staff seems to be learning the business and were a little inefficint. But they were trying. The other had nothing to do with them it was the inconsiderate guests above us

Friendly, good breakfast, great customer service, we had forgot a few items and lost some expensive glasses there. They found our items and I also forgot our bathroom supplies they had all of our things for us they are kind people

The outside entrance was nice to take our dog out. Didn't have breakfast but looked plentiful. Very comfortable.

Didn't like the $100 deposit we had to pay especially when we wanted to get going in the morning and noone at the front desk to give it back. Not very professional.

It was a excellent experience for the family. Only thing I have to express concerns. Is that we did not get any hygiene products when needed.

There not a certain complaint, except for not able to get hygiene products for our room. But the stay was peaceful and very quiet.

The room was decent. The breakfast wasn't as expected but it was okay. The pool, although it had an awesome slide, was too small to accommodate those that did not want to slide but the kids had a good time. I would recommend this place to others

The breakfast was great and the pool was awesome. It even had a water slide! I was pleasantly surprised considering how cheap it was.

The pool definitely needs a normal picture because the ad shows it from a crazy angle making it look huge
