The front desk was amazing! They got us in, found the perfect room, and were super kind! I thought I lost my jewelry bag, and the front desk on Saturday morning looked for me above and beyond what they had to! So freaking awesome! I would recommend it to anyone traveling!!

The lighting is weird. I would have preferred a blackout curtain, the shade they had didn't block out all the light.

Comfortable bed, nice shower with good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Good amount of space around the bathroom sink to set toiletries. Full kitchen, loved the table with two chairs and there was also another comfortable chair. Good lighting in the room, fast elevator, easy parking. Efficient and friendly front desk staff.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were adequate. The hallways were clean and quiet. The receptionist at the front desk was in training but seemed to have the knowledge to process our check in.

The bathroom sink drain plug would not close. There was no non slip mat for the tub. The pillows were too thick.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms have an ability to cook in them. But no cookware provided, you must bring own or purchase. No plates or silverware.

The parking lot wasn't very big. If they parked full in a spot they covered the sidewalk. It's just not wide enough and not much room for ppl pulling trailers to park. Wish they had an app rather than just a web page. Basic essentials for the kitchen would be nice

Nice to have Free Breakfast. Everything is spread out from hotel and being with no transportation here,hard to get to grocery store and breakfast is important for oneself.

The Bathroom tub/shower is really small ,not enough room to settle down in a bubble bath and soak the stress y tension from work away. You have to go buy frying pot or pan and utensils while you're here.

My room had a door connecting it to another room. Conversational sounds were easily transmitted through the door. If I had been part of a large group traveling together it wouldn't have been an issue. I used the radio to muffle the voices from the adjoining room.

Patrick was very helpful and a delight to speak to, besides. I also appreciated how much the door seemed to block sound. Being close to a side door let me take my anxious dog outside with almost no risk of strangers.

The shower head was slightly clogged, probably from sediment, but I'd expect that at just about any hotel and it was easily cleared.

Love My Place. Always clean, great service and dog friendly.

Parking could have been a little more as we parked on the street because we were pulling a trailer. I'm using a walker because of hip surgery but it was a tough walk to the building.

Everything is wonderful! the entire staff has been incredible esp Steve, the entire front desk staff as well as the head house keeper have been so kind, helpful and accommodating!

Everything was great! Staff was so pleasant and were so very helpful in showing us where our room was and making sure we had everything we needed for not only our stay but with our adventures this weekend!! Will most definitely stay again!
