The hotel's location, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the excellent breakfast selection.

The room I reserved was unavailable, so we were 'upgraded' to a suite of the same type but in a different location, which was small and featured a balcony facing the water park. We were not informed at the time of booking a second night—at an increased rate—that the water park would undergo cleaning at 1 AM for several hours. The loud noise from the pressure washer and vacuum woke us up. While the sounds from the water park were inaudible with our door closed, the cleaning noise was extremely loud, to the extent that even the staff member was wearing ear protection.

Clean, the staff could be more informative about the property WiFi etc. and pool passes could be explained when asked the lady she gave a attitude and she needs to be trained when dealing with public she should’ve been told she would be dealing with people and other people of color when she signed the contract for work but other than that it was clean and good location

The room beside the breakfast area was loud but didn’t mind and the fire alarm was loud and scary and I helped a elderly woman who was having a panic attack and the front desk girl didn’t want to help her when the fire dept came to turn off the alarms they checked her out and she was told she would be fine

The location was central to all the major sites. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable bed. Very safe area, convenient to downtown Rapid City and major highways. Across the street from Dakotas Steakhouse - very good!

Breakfast was lacking. No fresh bagels, just frozen gluten free. Very small selection.

Facility was easy to find, in a good location, and affordable.

We did not realize that breakfast ended at 9am that Friday. Our bad. However, it was almost as if the breakfast staff was racing us to put food away before we could get to it. We came down right at 9.

This location was very family friendly, hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. The room met my expectations of comfort and cleanliness. I will definitely look forward to future visits and not to mention the water park was so much fun..

Easy access to the freeway, never more than a few minutes away from restaurants

We had a great breakfast every day except for the last morning. We checked out at 7:20 am and breakfast was supposed to be out at 6 am, but nothing was ready when we left.

The water park is amazing, the kids absolutely loved it!!

No room service during 2 night stay, was on a rotating every other day cleaning schedule.

Room was clean, was advised upon check in that the room would only be cleaned every other day. I requested it be cleaned everyday and they said it would be no problem. Great central location to all the tourism spots you would want to visit.

Most everything was great, especially the new room design (with open wall space, separate tv space with guest seating, and great shower)...It was also easy to walk to a restaurant and had beverages available in hotel 24 hrs. The breakfast was well done with amenable kitchen staff.

Not easy to find alley to entrance....maybe better signage would help...we drove there but were confused about where to drive to entrance.

Clean, comfortable and so convenient when traveling with our kids. No hotel is soundproof but this one comes close. We had a great stay and staff were extremely helpful when weather was unpredictable.
