Breakfast was ok nothing special, had the basic items for breakfast

the rooms were ok but there are somethings that could be corrected. I would not have wallpaper in any room, bedroom or the dining area for the wallpaper was peeling away from the wall. Painted walls are so much easier in cleaning, also the carpet in the bedrooms could be replaced by vinyl flooring for that also would be easier to clean then carpeting. The shower head could be updated to the ones that can be handheld in all showers. Other than that, the room was ok.

A nice box-style chain hotel in a good part of Rapid City, walking distance to several fast food restaurants. Rapid City is a little expensive this time of year but this hotel was the best value I could find and it was everything I expected. Often in hotels in towns like this, the staff is unengaging and not particularly helpful beyond trying to upsell the room, but the staff here was good. I stayed two nights.

My only complaint, not a lot of parking for a truck and trailer (I was a Uhaul pulling a trailer). To be fair, there was a group of Spyder riders and they took up most of the parking spaces desiginated for longer vehicles and parked rather poorly, even leaving an unattached trailer taking what could have been three spots for a truck and trailer.

Very clean . Staff was very friendly, and any requests and needs for the room were met and completed in a timely manner. Also the cleaning staff needs to be given a shot out as they did a great job providing great room cleaning service the week were there. Also, possibly the best working mini fridge in a hotel ever. Everything was kept so cold and fresh.

The only disappointment is the breakfast. Tasted good, no issues there. The problem is 5 night stay and not one single day the breakfast was any different. Same food and drinks every single day. At least change one or two or more things each day or every other.

This was the best motel we stayed in on our week road trip and the least expensive. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Newer room and bathroom were clean, roomy and comfortable with seating other than just the beds. Close parking and an elevator helped with husband's mobility limitations. Included breakfast was excellent with multiple hot and cold choices including fresh fruit. Location was good for our 2 days of exploring Mount Rushmore and the Black Hills area.

We were grateful for comfortable beds and pillows. And due to health issues, my boyfriend couldn't attend the funeral we were in town for and the manager allowed us a later check out. He has cancer and was not feeling well. Thank you for your compassion. Restores a person beliefs in humanity.

Comfortable beds, nice shower. Very good breakfast. Staff was friendly.

We stayed 4 nights. First 3 were excellent. Fourth night a dog started barking at midnight in 423 , we were in 424 so we left at 12:30 am. People in 423 should pay our last night and the breakfast we had to buy at Perkins. Hotels should have a section just for dog owners not next to me. I was so satisfied until the 4th night , very disappointed with that.

The bathroom was improved. Had shampoo and conditioner and lotion. Fairly clean. Well lit. Actually got room service. I do use my own stuff for the most part. Having a fridge and a microwave are good. Tv speaker was a little bad if it got turned up made noise. But was ok. Breakfast was good. Nice people. Quiet most of the time. Once and a while you can hear doors.

Couldn't open the window more than 4 inches. Rooms could always be cleaner. Vacuum the floors more often. Could use more than one chair.

Amazing hotel for the value! The beds were comfortable & quiet. Rooms were spacious and tasteful. Breakfast selection was rather impressive for the value. Overall, it was a great experience, and it is now the hotel chain we look for on trips!

There were a few things that didn't seem so clean in the room or were just missed, but the bedding and floors seemed clean, which of course is the most important!

The property was in a great location and the staff was wonderful. There seem to be an issue with keeping towels in the pool and our room had big sticky spots on the carpet and there was mold in the shower in the bathroom. Also, there is advertising of warm cookies every day, but yet there was never any warm cookies. Just an empty bowl.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the size of the room although we weren't in the room for very long (arrived late and left early). The size of the bathroom was good. I also appreciated that Rapid Shuttle is "vouchered" for transport to/from the hotel. This was helpful on a late evening arrival into Rapid City when we couldn't find a Lyft.

I notified the front desk that the walk in angular shaped shower was a slipping hazard. The acrylic floor was VERY slippery and there were no shelves or safety bars installed anywhere in the shower. The breakfast was okay, very busy and not a lot of healthy selections. I didn't like that the "vouchered" aspect of the shuttle ride turned up on our bill as a $37+ charge. I had the impression that the shuttle service was free and we tipped the driver substantially under this assumption making the transport (which was indeed the only option) a bit more expensive than anticipated.
