The room size was excellent! We had a suite with two queen beds. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. George was exceptionally nice upon check in. ALL the staff were so nice and helpful. The hotel was VERY clean. My son loved the slide and there were always towels in the pool area. Breakfast was OK, typical hotel breakfast.

I wish we could have had a room closer to the elevator or on the first floor. It was a long trek to haul of our things with two children in tow. It's a large hotel so totally understand but it was an inconvenience. Also, the breakfast, the fixings for oatmeal and waffles were not refilled when asked. There was no brown sugar for the oatmeal or strawberries for the waffles but the containers were there to be filled. I know some other people mentioned it and they never did get filled while we were eating breakfast.

I liked everything about the hotel in general. It was quiet and well-maintained. Staff was wonderful.

I wish that I had noticed that we'd been placed in a room that catered to hearing-impaired guests. There is a blinking emergency system light in every room that goes off every 6 seconds or so, and it's placed just above the bed. When I stayed at this location previously, the light was tiny and non-bothersome while we slept. But in this other room, the light was much larger (which is COMPLETELY understandable), and it kept me awake nearly all night, as I am a very light sleeper and could see it through my eyelids. If it didn't blink, I may have adjusted to it, not sure. I love that you have rooms that cater to various disability groups, I will just know that in the future I need to have a different type of room. Not a big deal, but you did ask.

Although the staff at check-in did their job, the morning staff was fantastic and really helped when I was looking for an item not sold in the little shop at the desk. Kudos to Cinda for going above and beyond to be helpful and cheerful first thing Tuesday morning!

Although I don't think it is necessary to iron sheets and pillowcases, mine looked like something I might pull out of the corner of my teenage son's closet. I wasn't convinced that they were clean and sprayed with sanitizer before laying my head on one. I set the rest on the floor and pulled the extra from the closet.

Great breakfast with lots of choices. Nice big room with two sinks, blackout shades and desk area.

When we arrived on the night of April 24 there was no one behind the desk. I waited awhile, then looked into the back room where the clerk was on his phone. Maybe put a bell on the desk?

Comfy bed, free breakfast, WiFi that was good.

A shame there's no airport shuttle. Taxis don't seem to bother queuing at the airport for flight arrivals. I used Lyft to get to the hotel (around $25) and Uber for the return (cost about the same).. Neither allows Pre-bookings in Rapid City so there may be a wait.

my kids loved breakfast and that they got to sleep in and still make it. we all enjoyed the pool. they also like that there is a pull-out couch to sleep on, also the amount of room they had to play on in the room. we always enjoy staying here and we don't travel much because of the space and number of kids we have.

Our family loved pretty much everything about the hotel. My kids really loved the waterslide. The pool area is as hot as a sauna but otherwise was very good. The breakfast had enough variety and filled everyone up. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. I loved the seating options as well. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had a great selection of snacks up front with multiple easy ways to pay. The location and cleanliness of the hotel (inside and out) were really good.

Our room had some pieces of trash laying around and the trash cans didn't have any trash bags. We personally love hot tubs and jacuzzis so it was a little sad to learn they didn't have one.

Location was perfect for the attractions, the hotel was super clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed right at our finger tips!
