Our king size room was so nice and clean! Love the sectional to sit on. We wished the TV would have rotated for better viewing. Breakfast was ok food wasn't to hot. More options like instant oatmeal, cream of wheat, hot chocolate. The waffles were good.

The shade would not go up for us in our room. People rebbing their motors outside our window was late night. Rooms are not too sound proof.

Staff at check in were friendly and prompt. When opening door to room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, as well as the cleanliness and overall function of the room. Most of the floor was premium vinyl, but there was a nice touch of having carpet around the bed area to step down onto a warm floor. The heating system was modern and up to date, and, unlike many places, the hot tub and pool actually were open, and they were great. This particular location also had a water slide, which we both enjoyed. The breakfast was very good: simple, yet met all of my needs. All in all, a great experience.

First time we stayed @ an AmericInn and we were very impressed. Very friendly staff & very clean rooms. No lingering smell. We decided to stay an extra day & the woman added it to booking.com without any problem. She was quick to get it done. We were greeted with a smile & checked out with a smile from the staff. Even the extended staff that was cleaning up trash outside greeted us. We will definitely remember this place when we come through again sometime.

This hotel seemed quite new. The rooms are large and modern and well appointed. The room was clean and had a large comfortable bed. The staff were very polite and helpful and directed me to a Tyre outlet when we had a flat Tyre. There's a small pool with a water slide. We didn't use this but there seemed to be loads of kids in there having a great time. Breakfast was standard fair . Lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive (Olive Garden and a great Mexican). Also, it was very reasonably priced compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at on our road trip. Would highly recommend.

That they don’t separate the rooms for dogs like they used to for smoking and non-smoking rooms. My husband is allergic to dogs and we weren’t even allowed to have breakfast because there was a dog sitting down there in the lobby when we walked out everybody acts like it’s OK to have dogs everywhere but they could separate the rooms and keep them separate

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant all the time. It made our stay throughout the week great! They really are a great group of employees! The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to see all of the sites in the Hills. The kids loved the pool area, especially the indoor water slide!

The only mishap with the stay was I was checked into a double queen when I had booked the King Delux, there wasn't one available the day we arrived, but they were able to get us switched over the very next day, and they were so great about making sure we were taken care of I didn't feel negative about it.

The room was obviously recently renovated. Looked good, super clean, comfortable beds. It's in a very convenient location in Rapid City which made it easy to get to every day of our trip. Great perks but we didn't use them!

The shower was older and initially clogged, had to ask it to be fixed after our first night, and then it was ok. Shower pressure and hot water were weak throughout our trip. Also, the walls are so thin and the doors SLAM super hard which woke us up early every single morning.

The waterslide was so much fun, and the pool and hot tub were clean. They provided pool towels. The rooms are modern and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to local restaurants and sights.

Breakfast was decent - not very many healthy options. Our room had a strange mold-like smell and it seemed like the plumbing was backed up in the sink.

Everyone working the front desk was helpful, friendly, informative and above & beyond fabulous! Our room was VERY clean we had everything we needed. The outside of hotel is also clean and well kept, they have a nice firepit! We didn't swim in the pool but checked it out, it looks awesome. We wanted to stay near I-90 and access to the hotel was perfect. We will stay there again when we come back up to Rapid!

I recommend this place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Air con is quiet. Convenient location with a good restaurant in walking distant (pacific rim cafe). Breakfast is good with quite a few options.Coffee is good. Shower is hot and comfrtable after my nine hours drive. Worth my money to stay in this place for three nights
