The room was clean n comfortable, breakfast was sufficient, n the location is walking distance to anything you might need. The staff is friendly n helpful…. I recommend if for anyone to stay there!

The housekeepers don’t know English but they’ve got their phones to translate so it’s not a big deal at all. That’s pretty much it…. I wouldn’t stay there if there’s anything I didn’t like…………………………..

We liked everything! The location, the room was clean, the beds were really comfortable. Nice, quiet and beautiful town! We will definitely be staying again.

The restaurants and eating establishments are not within walking distance or even close by.. They take a few minutes to drive to them, but that won't keep us from staying here again.

They actually offered everything they advertised AND I was allowed to check in early so that I could rest…GOLD STAR!!! The staff was courteous and helpful and very professional!

I felt the vending machine could offer laundry detergent since it’s located in the laundry room but perhaps those items were for sale in the lobby.

It is in a good area with amazing restaurants and close to Nashville. The staff was also amazing.

There were a couple of bugs in my room but the office took care of it quickly and cleaned the room and gave us fresh sheets. They fixed the issue immediately.

Easy to get in and out, pretty close to where I needed to go, close to shopping and food. The water pressure was amazing in the shower!! The price wasn’t bad for what you get.

Could use a little updating in the rooms, shower curtain had reddish pink stains on the bottom, bathroom vent fan didn’t work, some paint pealing, the chair had dirt around the cushion edges, fridge made noise all night. just minor little things.

light bulbs were out in some of the lights and whoever stayed above me kept stomping on the floor. I didnt want to be a bother due to it may have been a family with kids so I understood.

Staff friendly. Room was comfy. Kitchen had nothing until I asked for it and then was given everything and more. It's the way the extended stay hotel worked. Easy car parking.

It was far out of Nashville. A good 20 mins in car to get to where tourists want to be. The fire alarm that went off in the night and nearly gave me heart failure. No staff around. Waited a good 30 mins before the mentally loud sirens and flashing lights were turned off by fire brigade. The long term residents said this happened a lot.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room worked perfectly for this trip. Nice little coffee and tea bar to start the day.

Water pressure in shower was poor. AC unit could use directional vent because it was aimed permanently on bed . Makes for dry stuffy noses .

I'm not one to go by reviews like to find out for myself, I know often times people are quick to put a negative review before they would a good one. I stayed four nights and had zero complaints room is very clean staff is friendly especially Samantha she was very helpful in directing me places I needed to go, very knowledgeable about the area, has a very positive attitude and anything to accommodate what I needed..myself working in customer service knows what it means when you get someone that goes above and beyond and that's what Samantha does, she is definitely an asset to your company I will not hesitate to return in the future and would be glad to recommend you to family or friends.
