Nice, clean hotel.

Seven cars, including mine, had their windows smashed while parked only 75 yards away from the front desk.

The hotel itself was nice and clean. We had an end room so it was pretty quiet once we were in our room.

The night we arrived, it was so loud downstairs it made check-in difficult. The staff and I had to continuously ask each other to repeat ourselves. Apparently, the hotel had many teenage guests who were running through picking up phones throughout and continuously calling the reception desk, and they were caught sneaking in alcohol and drinking underage. While waiting outside the doors while my husband parked the car, some of the boys were extremely loud and yelling obscenities at other guests. I had my 8 year old child with me. Luckily, once we got checked in and upstairs, all was quiet. I did not bother to complain because the staff already seemed overwhelmed.

Comfy bed/pillows! Breakfast was very good: a lot of options and REAL (cage free) EGGS, good job! It was quieter in the hallway (slamming doors) than previous hotels we stayed at the area. Was great to receive FREE water at the front desk! The staff were friendly. We liked the covered parking area and good amount of disabled spaces.

Before I booked this hotel, I called them (the only number that answered) to ask if there was a fridge/freezer in the room - very important traveling with my disabled grandson. After a long pause, the man came back and said YES there was. But there was only a mini fridge! The sliding bathroom door lock was broken and didn’t stay shut - that was a real pain! Also, why is the door panel opaque, not solid, because the bright light shines directly on who’s sleeping and wakes them up! Not very smart whoever designed that!

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant!! I really liked that our room was spacious and clean when we first arrived. I appreciate the housekeeping service because they left everything clean as asked. We also liked the breakfast options they had during breakfast time.

I liked the pool and wished we could have spent more time in it however our time was ruined by a bunch of rowdy kids who were left alone without supervision at all. The parents left them some footballs and water balloons so you can imagine how that went. Some other people had to take their kids out for fear of them getting hurt. I know this wasn't the hotels fault but that was a bad highlight of our stay everything else was spectacular

Everything was amazing overall. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of eggs, sausages, cupcakes, waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, oat milk option (highly appreciated) My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, the room was very specious, bathrooms, modern and clean, comfortable beds, and a huge TV!, I personally loved the available coffee and water at all times. Indoor parking was handy since it was raining, and always found a spot. Franklin and Downtown Nashville are both 13-minute drives, so a perfect location. Receptionists were just polite, nothing too special but not bad.

The hotel was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Our room was larger than we needed and the price was very good! It was an updated decor and very nice! Lots of lights in the room...convenient for whatever you need. Breakfast was excellent!! Well worth the money..

It was a little difficult to find the entrance. Parking was free in their parking garage but you had to leave the garage and walk to the entrance of the hotel to go to your room. It didn't connect to the floor you were on. This was not a deal breaker - just a minor inconvenience.

Staff were fantastic.

Our stay occurred during the Microsoft/Cloudflare computer glitch week and the computer systems at the hotel were compromised. One side effect of this was that the folks at the desk could not generate room keys. I want to stress that the hotel staff managed this situation EXTREMELY well and were very patient and calm, given the logistical complexity of needing to personally escort all guests up to their rooms. But we were disappointed in the parent company (Marriott) for not being more timely and helpful in 1) resolving the IT issues (they took much longer than other companies, including hotels, to recover from the outage), 2) supporting the staff at their properties, and 3) proactively communicating with impacted guests.

The room was clean and roomy. The convenience of the bar, laundry and indoor pool. Location for shopping and other activities was also a plus.

The pool was dirty, it had hair and a dryer sheet floating around. Breakfast was OK, as a person with diet restrictions, there wasn't much to eat. One of the couch pillows was dirty with a stain the appeared to be blood. Being in a room close to the garage the exit doors slammed hard making it difficult to relax during the day.

Clean and comfortable and easy to get to

Desk attendant was very, very hard to understand. The breakfast was awful, and I chose your hotel over others for the breakfast. Imitation eggs were spongy and the sausage was disgusting. Everyone went with waffles and the line was so long I just checked out.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The sitting area was comfortable as well.

The breakfast was bland. The turkey sausage was soggy and cold at the same time. The bread and biscuits were hard as if they had been sitting out too long. You could tell that the yogurt was cheap.
