We were very impressed with the size of our room (we got a 2 bedroom), especially for the cost. The girl at the front desk was very sweet. Breakfast was always good. The grounds were clean and felt safe even at night. Very close to target and Publix. We would definitely stay again if we were ever to go back to nashville.

The rooms were clean, but I wouldn't say immaculate. But still cleaner than most hotels we've stayed at. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great in the main bathroom (but the second bathroom was fine)

The breakfast was really good and hot. Lots of choices. I also liked the location, relaxing and pretty.

We arrived at the hotel early, about 2 hours, tired after a 9-hour drive, and went to see if the rooms were ready by chance to check in, I had to pay $10 an hour per room, even though the room was cleaned and ready. Also, the bathroom in my room was not cleaned well. There were long hairs all over the floor and the toilet was dirty.

Good area. A spacious room for a family of 4.

First day having breakfast, the lady who works there was trying to take out one of my kids from the stroller to put in the high chair, ma’am!! You don’t do that with somebody else child, ask first!! My child doesn’t know you!. Rooms need some maintenance, smelly carpet, a lot of hair behind bathroom door. For the price should be more clean. At check out I was asking for a receipt, lady said was not allowed give it, wherever was too early to have an argument with her. They have obligation by law give you a receipt, wherever you booked 3rd part or not.

The check in process was amazing, everyone was so kind, VERY helpful. Property was great, it felt so safe. I wish we would have been in town longer to enjoy more. Being able to check-in early was really nice. The bed was so comfortable.

The room unfortunately smelled very strongly of cat urine in the corner. Thankfully it was contained to the corner and we were able to move a table over the bulk of it to keep the smell down and it worked just fine for the night. We also needed to keep our dog from using the bathroom on it herself. It was not a big deal, we told staff at check in and did not request another room.

The staff was extremely helpful. I had to book for an extra night. They were very accommodating. They supplied us with extra towels and any information we needed.

There were no blankets for the pull out couch. I had to call down and they had to hunt for them. There was no coffee supplied in the room. We had to drive up to the office to get it.

It is pet friendly with separate entrances for each apartment and they have a 24/7 reception area with free breakfast. The location feels safe and worked out great for us. The price is very reasonable. Lots of parking.

It could use a little more cleaning/updating but matches up to the price paid.

It was very spacious and felt like home. It was so quiet.

Then I didn’t extend my stay longer otherwise I had no problem with the property other than where the doggy poop bags were located, should have been trash cans in the same area versus across by the buildings

The reception was friendly and professional. When I noticed that I left my belonging in the room after checkout, they kindly searched on behalf of me, found and kept it. Breakfast was good.

The area felt safe. The two bedroom suite felt more like an apartment. It was clean and very cozy. I would stay here again. My only concern was there appeared to be mold in the bathroom that was painted over. The beds were amazingly comfortable.

It was comfortable.

I really liked the fact that it was quiet. I also loved the pillows because they were soft.

The only thing that could have been better was that the shower was stuck on scalding hot water. The handle did not allow for toning it down to a cooler temperature. The handle needed to be replaced.
