This is the second time that we have stayed here and it is the only place I will stay when I go to Nashville.The beds are extremely comfortable. I love having a full kitchenette in the room. We always get groceries and make meals in the room to save money. I really like the proximity to downtown Nashville while still being detached from that area. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. There are several little shops and local eateries within walking distance.

The only downside is the trains running all night and the proximity of the smokers' gazebo so close to the front entrance. The last night of our stay, people had a party outside, and there was vomit next to our vehicle in the morning.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding. The staff are friendly, the hotel smells nice, the rooms are super clean and well stocked, even maintenance arrives on time, but that was my fault to need him, I thought my drain was clogged, nope I forgot to pull up the stopper, lol. I have never been to a hotel where you cannot find a speck of dust at all. This entire team keeps this hotel running as it should be. Now if every one could learn from them, it would be amazing. My kids and I had a comfortable, safe and a great hospitality stay.

They go Above and beyond to make you feel comfortable , if you need anything at all they will do thier best, very clean, saved a boatload of money with the kitchenette not having to eat out Constantly, was there for the past week. It was a Home away from home, thier mini store had many options and was very affordable, looking forward to my next stay there , Staff was so nice!

Location was good. We were there to take our kids to the Nashville zoo. It was convenient to everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It is by a railroad but I didn’t hear the train once maybe and that was during the day. I know one person complained about the water pressure but we had great water pressure. It came with a fully stocked kitchenette.

Nothing on the hotels part but we did have people below us that complained that we were loud. We have a 5year old and a 2 year old. So we did get a call. But again like I said it was nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like. The hotel is practically brand new. Everything down to the parking lot was spotless clean. The room was fantastic! I loved the kitchenette in the room. The beds were amazing, like sleeping on a cloud. There is a little bagel shop up the road that we went to every morning for breakfast. Right beside a CVS in case you forget anything. Very easy drive into downtown Nashville. My mother said this is the only place she wants to stay in Nashville from now on.

Our room had 2 queen beds, a recliner, desk and a fully equipped kitchenette. Everything was fresh and clean. The staff were Awesome!. The only drawback is it's proximity to the Rail yard. My room was on the back of the hotel and I didn't hear any train sounds a all. We stayed in a 3 star hotel in Georgia the next night.... it's rooms and service were no where near as nice as

I would have preferred hotter water in the shower... but thats just me.

I loved everything. Couldn't ask for better. The staff was super nice and the bed was restful.

There was only one thing I would take away from the hotel and that is NO BREAKFAST. We worked overnight and when we got off, instead of heading to the hotel to eat breakfast and head to our room to get some rest, we had to travel to get breakfast, then head back to the hotel to rest when we were already tired from working all night. Other than that, it was perfect.

The check in staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable.

The tv was hard to figure out and didn’t have much selection when we finally were able to get a channel…our mother stayed in a handicap suite..there was only a desk chair to sit on besides the bed..

Lovely huge rooms. Loved the kitchenette in the room, perfect for making breakfast, coffee etc. Location is great if you have a car. Nice to stay away from the busy, hectic downtown area plus it’s a lot cheaper too! Staff at front counter were all friendly and helpful

Where do I start?! Seriously, it was one of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed at. It is clean and welcoming the moment you drive up to the hotel. The front desk is very professional and helpful. She was informative and checked us into the most beautiful and spacious room. We plan to visit again!
