Staying at the Iris was comfortable and convenient. The person in charge was very communicative on WhatsApp which made everything easy. The room was nice, we had all amenities available, and the location was great. We had a Walmart, food and gas near by.

I would have liked to have had shampoo AND conditioner available since we stayed for 5 days. They offered a shampoo/conditioner which is fine for short hair but not long hair.

This location was neat, clean, seemed newly renovated into a "boutique motel". The room was spacious and had an open floor plan, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, the AC was nice and cold!! The room was worth every penny (and it didn't cost too much!). I would definitely stay here again! Within walking distance of at least 2 restaurants, only an 8 minute drive to the venue we were attending - 3rd & Lindsley

I wish there was free breakfast! Free food always makes everything better! But there is no front desk, so they don't really have the facilities for a breakfast bar!

This hotel is good value for money. It's a little out of town but there is a bus stop a minute's walk away, which goes straight into downtown in about 20/25 mins. And there are quite a few places to eat basically right next door. Had a room at the back so wasn't noisy and it was relatively clean and spacious. For the price, with parking, it's a great place to stay.

Overall it was clean but just a few spots missed. The air conditioning was very loud.

- Everything was great, just a bit expensive for being so far from the center, also if breakfast was included (even something to eat to find in the room, since there's no physical reception or breakfast room) I'd give it a full 10. Overall a very nice experience.

A novel concept that saved me money by only using online check-in with all contact via text or email. The IRIS is a business model in the middle ground between AirBnB and a standard hotel. Loved it! Clean newly remodeled rooms, great location near shopping, dining and freeway access. Stayed 5 nights and this area felt safe and was close to my business meetings.

Nothing negative to say.

I liked that it was simple, clean and comfortable. Easy access to restaurants, airport and amenities. Having my own personal door code felt safe.

I had an issue with the hot water the evening I stayed over. I tried twice to have a shower but the water was only cold. Fortunately I was able to get a hot shower the following morning.

I was in town alone due to my pet staying over at Vet ER. I booked the room online on Booking.com when I was sitting outside the facility. I called to check in and the lady told me I had booked for tomorrow night. It was a nonrefundable room through booking.com, I was already stressed and the situation could have been bad but the women changed my reservation herself in the system and got me a room very quickly. I appreciate her going above and beyond. The room was clean and bed comfortable at a good price. Location was close to a Wal-Mart and restaurants within walking distance if needed. Hotel seemed to be in a safe area and I did not feel scared to stay here, being a women and alone. Room had refrigerator, shampoo, coffee and coffee maker, hairdryer and lots of towels. Called the number and got a late check out, which was granted upon request. staff was accommodating and friendly even though they were not onsite. Will stay again if in town and need a room.

The shower could use a mat or something to not be so slick or a hand bar. The property did not have a front desk which I guess was just different to me. Would have been nice to have a microwave in my room but was just one in a common area on ground floor.

Overall our stay was great! We were passing through Nashville just for a night and the location was great as there are many good restaurants/coffee shops/juice shops within walking distance. Room was super clean and the coffee provided in the room was awesome and I loved that it was from a local coffee shop.

I wish we had more than 1 pillow for each person was the only thing I didn't like.

Pros: The location was very convenient for our planned activities. The room was very clean and had nice soap and shampoo/conditioners available. The tub and sink looked new & were very clean. I liked that the floors were not carpet. They were hardwood. There were plenty of towels & washcloths. There were several options for food within walking distance & plenty within driving distance. One hundred Oaks shopping mall is close by as well as a Walmart and Home Depot. There is a mini fridge which was convenient and there is a microwave in the lobby that we used to heat up some breakfast we brought. Overall a great experience and we will stay again in the future.

Cons: There were only 2 small pillows on each bed so more pillows would be nice & the road noise was loud until about 10:00 and then it stayed quiet until around 6:00 am.

Very convenient parking right on the premises included in price. Quiet location away from the hustle & bustle. Could easily drive where we wanted to go. Value for money. Clean.. Comfortable. Spacious
