Location is excellent - removed from the congestion and noise of downtown, but only a few minute drive to anything you'd want to get to. Two bedroom apartment had a nice modern style layout that was very comfortable with lots of space. Decently equipped to accommodate a longer stay (dish washer, oven, washer and dryer).

Depending on what side of the building you are on, noise could be a problem from frequent trains that stop right outside the hotel then sound horns before proceeding, to nearby construction to sounds from the nearby raceway. The hotel does provide ear plugs and white noise machines but they can be insufficient. Generally the staff was very friendly and helpful but there were a couple times those manning the front desk were engrossed in their phones with ear buds in and it took a bit to get their attention.

We loved everything about the space. We wound up extending and staying two weeks. The apartment was well furnished, better than many AirBnBs I've stayed in. There was enough kitchen equipment to cook meals for two, plus a full-sized fridge and oven. Things like laundry detergent and sponges for the sink were included, which was much appreciated. We enjoyed the balcony daily. The full-wall windows were wonderful during the day, and the blackout curtains kept the room dark when needed. The bed and couch were both comfortable. The shower had good hot water. Parking was never an issue. We didn't pay for lot parking, but always found a free space on the street right outside or in the shuffleboard lot across the street. The staff were always extremely kind and helpful, always thoughtful and sweet. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here on the fourth night of a cross country trip, and after a few disappointing nights this place was bliss. Super clean rooms with high quality touches. A full kitchenette with very nice dishes. Wonderful, clean bathroom and comfy bed. Most appreciated by us- the in room stacked washer and dryer. We were too tired to go but downstairs was a pretty nice looking bar/restaurant and there seemed to be several other food/music/coffee spots nearby. The neighborhood is right on the railroad tracks and there’s lots of new development so seems to be ‘up and coming’ but isn't fully there yet (we loved it though.)

It’s paid parking and we had to back our car ourselves into one of those elevated parking systems, which was pretty tricky.

The 1 bedroom unit we selected was reasonably well appointed. There is a small convenience store which was closed Sunday & Monday and the hours were 8am-2pm. The selection of items was good and reasonably priced but you just needed to adjust to the hours. There was a bar/restaurant as well which again was closed Sunday and Monday and didn’t open until 5pm. There were a number of bars and restaurants nearby —- the frond desk staff provided a listing of some of those. The staff was the best … smiling, friendly, helpful! Located within a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway bars, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Belmont Mansion, the Tennessee State Museum and 10-15 minutes from The Grande Ole Opry.

The space was great- Big bathroom- kitchen that we didn't need except for coffee but was very well stocked with what you would need. washer/dryer was a bonus.

Parking is a bit of an issue- There is a very busy bar/restaurant on the first level and if you arrive later in the evening parking is at a premium. Parking on the street is VERY limited also- We did have a handicap plate so we luckily were able to park in a spot but when we talked to the desk they said since parking is limited many people without tags park in the Handicap and they do not check or tow.

Very chic with modern layout of room, eating area and bathroom. While we weren't there long enough, it would have been great to take advantage of the stocked kitchen (you supply the food). The staff went out of their way to show us how to find our room. Everything was spotless and roomy. There is a place to park for free a short distance away, and the location is near enough variety of eateries / pubs to find what suits you. The location is also convenient in getting to Nashville. The on-site restaurant has very friendly and helpful staff. They would have been willing to open the mini-mart convenience store after hours had we wanted.

It is currently situated in an area with construction, so we finally understood why we were hearing this regular 'thud' through the night as we looked out the window in the morning toward a cement truck that needed to be constantly mixing. My sense is that the construction will turn the area into a really up-and-coming place to hang out. It is near a railroad track, so not the easiest place to walk around. As for the on-site restaurant, it simply was not our kind of food. Entrees and drinks were Japanese heavy, and we just wanted a beer. In venturing out, we found one place that required a $40 entrance fee, so we ended up at Lucky's Pub and hung out on their outdoor patio where you can play darts. In general, things in this area were pricey. They do offer parking, but for $20/night.

Everything was perfect. The room was amazing and super comfortable and easy to cook and all the facilities. It is only 5 mins by car to Broadway and the bus is 20mins

The train was annoying sometimes, that’s a very bad thing, and the price I think is too much for that sound… You can find more for the same price without the sound and even more centric… And the worst part was when the check in they say is from 4pm to…. and at 4pm they are not even ready!!! I had to wait for 1hour, that is irrespecutful, even because is at 4pm and normally the check in is at 3pm in every hotel, they have enough time and even I have to wait, and because I was mad, but there were moooore people waiting for their rooms, that is super annoying. But the staff was so kind and helpful even because it was not their fault. The room is amazing though.

The place was absolutely phenomenal! I can't believe how good it was for the price I paid, it was the height of luxury. Spotless room, huge bed and the shower was so so spacious with two settings. Flat screen tv on the wall, communal kitchen where there was complimentary coffees, beautiful rooftop and patio area. Also washer and dryer with all the goods to wash your clothes supplied. Saved me a lot of hassle. There was always staff there to help and they were so friendly and accommodating. Cafes clothes shops, bar and restaurants are all in the building too. Would of stayed here my entire holiday if I could! 10/10 😍

The only negatives was my plugs stopped working last night so I had to charge my phone in the communal area, but it was no biggy. They even offered to change my unit for me when this happened but it was late and I was checking out so declined. Cannot think of any negatives besides this, staff that were on did all they could to help. :);

This place is in such a wonderful part of town where we felt very safe. We had a premium studio room and it was perfect for us and our 1 year old silver lab. The room and property was extremely quiet. The comments about the train are dramatic. We were woken one of the three nights for maybe a minute. The property is very dog friendly with concrete floors and a park across the street. Our Uber downtown was 8 dollars and very quick. The restaurant on the bottom floor is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Easy check-in online with registration, but there is a front desk if needed. The room was very large, it felt like an apartment. The bedroom was comfortable, the living room had ample place. There was a full kitchen and coffee pods were provided. The room has a dishwasher, washing machine and drier. All come with cleaning pods so you don't have to worry about the first load. It was a very nice touch. The building has a small store and a nice café/restaurant. Parking was free despite I was told there is a charge for it. The building is close to the rail tracks and it can get loud if you leave windows open. Soundproofing is good and there are earplugs if someone needs them.

Checkout was done online and it was at 11am. I asked for a late checkout via email and I was told it costs 25$ for an hour, until noon. I felt this was not an elegant move from the property and an extra hour could have been given complimentary. It took away some of my enthusiasm for the place and for sure it was not a great decision for the brand. Despite, I recommend this place highly.
