Not really anything I don't like we stay to our selves

Great place when you stay to you're self!!! Great management tackling neighborhood challenges. Clean rooms, working on secure property. Visible improvements ongoing. Good value supporting a team that cares. "Staff doing their best with difficult homeless situation nearby."

The folks that don't belong there, want listen to management, and keep coming back. But still management is continuously working hard to keep the place safe

The location was 100%, a pity there wasn't the free breakfast, but hey that wasn't a problem as there were plenty of places within 5/10 minute walk and wouldn't have experienced the great staff at Waffle House for breakfast, the young guy in Taco Bell, who showed a big interest in my ink, the owners of the Tobacco and Liquor store that provided answers to all my questions. The staff at Bikini Beach Bar, very friendly and so were the customers. Got to visit my first Hooters bar about 10/15 minutes walk away. Very good bus service to Downtown Nashville, 2 bus stops along Hardings Place, The 52B bus. Onto the room, for me it was clean, the guy and the lady that went in a changed everything were very friendly and it's just somewhere to shower, change and put your head so 100% from me. I must mention Joe, i think he said he was no. 2 in the set up, he said any problems and anything i need come and see him. Overall a big thumbs up from me.

Couldn't really find anything i didn't like, but if i had to be really picky, couldn't find a program guide on the tv and trying to get across Hardings Place road, timings the key to that one, but hey i'm English.

Loved the location, it was walking distance to major stores and I loved that about it.

Tiny lingering weed smell in the pillows that can’t be hidden from over washing them. Just put up a no smoking inside sign or whatever not smoke outside

Staff working at somatel make you fell like family, very friendly and kind people. The price is reasonable and the best thing is the only hotel with lowes deposit. Don't judge just for the bad reviews, is a good place to stay and relax.

Very clean Cleanliness is very important when you stay in hotels. The location is great. I was comfortable. I am very picky person The pricing is a great value. I was very happy, Can't find too many hotels clean and value pricing in Nashville

The Property for what I needed it for was good.. it was actually clean. Only needed a place to sleep and the transportation from BNA was quick and cheaper than lyft.

the room was very clean and amenities were nicer than most hotels, the staff was very friendly and courteous and the hotel was very quiet with little to no traffic or noise.
