The breakfast was really good especially for a hotel. They offer different things every day and it is all good. The rooms are very nice and clean and the beds comfy.

I stayed 2 separate weeks and the pool was closed on the 2nd week but that wasn't a big deal to me. The outdoor grills could use a good cleaning so we decided not to use them. The freeway ne front and a train on the back but honestly it didn't bother me

The rooms were amazing. Great furniture placement, very spacious, and everything was very clean and tidy. The lobby was just as nice as the rooms. However, the hallways were an absolute mess. Wallpaper and paint were pealing off. Large sections of roof tiles were missing. There apparently wasn’t an AC system for the hallways because they had open fans straight to the outside and it was very muggy and hot. This hotel was in a kinda sketchy area as well. There was a panhandler on every corner and median as well as a police box at every building.

My only dislike was I did not feel breakfast was being restocked as it could’ve been. Nothing hot left at 8:30. Would like to give a shout out to Meneka at the front desk, she was amazing during our stay and in the middle of the night when we experienced 4 tornado warnings in a row. Our big family (5 children ) sat down in the lobby until the storms passed and she was so calm, kept an eye on the news and explained to us where the storms were hitting . She was amazing. Another young lady at the front desk let us borrow a can opener when we forgot ours. Thank you for a great stay.

I liked that the property was right off the interstate and I could hide my car in the back. There was a back entrance that made it easier to carry things inside. The van entrance was just a bit more private, and I like net privacy.

I did not like that our hotel floor was dirty! I did a walk test barefoot and when I lifted my foot it was brown! Some of the towels had makeup stains on them. Besides that, everything else was clean.

There was a nice breakfast. The staff was super friendly. Everything was very clean and looked updated. Our room was very big. Great for 2 adults and 3 kids. Nice clean indoor pool. Weight room looked really nice but we didn't use it.

The breakfast wasn't much there for picky kids. There were only 2 kinds of corn flake cereals. No fruit loops is what my granddaughter complained about. But there is a Dunkin Donuts close by. The Pool was freezing cold for an indoor pool. Usually they are a little warmer. Traffic is crazy gettng into and out of the road the hotel is on. Then again I would fight it to stay again.

Easy access near freeway. Room was well supplied with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 burner stovetop (but no pans 🤔). Bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot. Room was quiet. Black out shades awesome!

There was only decaf coffee at 7am. And I couldn’t find any staff to ask to make more regular coffee. I asked the front desk also. Finally gave up and drank the decaf. I’m one of those people who need to be caffeinated in the morning or I get a headache. Aside from this my stay was pleasant.

With an exception of the indoor pool (closed), the property was exactly as advertised. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was clean and smelled nice. Our room was spacious and our bed was comfortable. My teenage daughter loved the illuminated mirror in the bathroom. We also liked that parking was free.

We were on a family trip. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons we booked here. However, it was closed. This was disappointing.

This hotel is excellent value for the money. The room was comfy, the breakfasts were really quite nice (a lot of variety), the staff was friendly, and the location (for our purposes) was really good. I'd recommend it again.

Only two things come to mind: 1. the caulking around the bathroom tile above the bathroom...it needs to be recaulked (maintenance issue), and 2. they have an indoor pool, but it's small and not heated, too frigid for a good swim in September.

We arrived earlier than expected, and we were able to check in, which was great! Our room was clean and smelled nicely.

Our door did not lock, but the front desk moved us to a new room immediately. While the location is only 20 minutes or so from Nashville, the highway noise is quite noticeable but bareable. The biggest bummer was that the pool was closed the entire time.

Facilities were very clean and fairly new. Very comfortable and well appointed.

Only 2 concerns. Front desk staff were in the back most of the time & had to wait numerous time to get assistance. Housekeeping staff were at front desk more, but couldn't help with concerns due to language barrier. Second concern was loud noise all night in hallway on 4th floor that went on until dawn. Hard to believe that management was unaware or ok with this situation. Was not able to get a decent night's sleep.
