Front desk staff at check-in was very polite. He explained breakfast time, check out time, recommended best parking location, and showed us where the elevator was. First time I've ever been given water bottles and chocolate at check-in, so that was definitely a plus!

The cleanliness of the room (perhaps this is more of a maintenance concern) had room for improvement. There were noticeable areas with rust, especially around the shower door and sink. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom when we first walked in, so we had to keep the door shut at all times. There were also burn marks in the carpet. The thermostat was also not connected to the a/c-furnace.

The Staff was super friendly and greeted every time you came in. Anything we needed, we received. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and the layout of the room was perfect! Size of the bathroom was also a plus. Entertainment room in lobby had pool table, air hockey, and comfortable seating. The colors throughout the hotel were also fun and outgoing where most hotels are all the same boring designs. Would highly recommend this place to stay and would stay again!

We chose a room with a kitchenette to save on money and keep from having to go out for lunch and dinners. We knew we were able to get a portable stove top to cook on. We were given the stove top but it was terrible! It would not stay running. So I done my own research to see if it was an error on my part getting it to work correctly and we were doing everything correct. So we took it downstairs and was able to swap it out with no issue. However, the replacement we received done the same thing. It took over 30 mins to fry an egg and it still was not cooked like it should have been! Recommend buying better quality portable stove tops or have a single stove top installed in the kitchenette rooms. Or just get rid of them all together and not advertise even having them.

The staff upon arriving! My room had been booked, and he tried telling me he couldn’t find it, finally found it and told us that the room was not ready yet! But 3 ppl come in after us he made us wait til the side said he was waiting on the system to come back up but was still getting those people out the way so I was totally confused! & after traveling hours away I expected to check in and relax without any issues and to be treated as the other 3 that came AFTER me!

I was confused with being charged to park my car there. I thought what I paid for the room would cover all other expenses. So my question would be if my vehicle was vandelized the hotel would be responsible? Also check in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. We arrived after the designated time and our room wasn't ready. Luckily we were hungry so we went out to eat.

Location great for access to Smyrna Airport. Big room. Pretty quiet.

Shower controls unresponsive. Difficult to adjust. Breakfast ran out of food. Full house with food greedy clients. Clients acted like it was a feed trough. Not their last meal. Over filled plates, wasted food.

The price was affordable and location was ok

The only real complaint that I had was the sofa in the room was very dirty. I was afraid to sit on it. It had lots of stains that I felt should have been cleaned.

It wasn't a high-rise hotel, only 4 floors. The room was like a mini-apartment, cute!

The hotel was full, so the parking wasn't close. The ice makers weren't working on 2 floors, or rather they were on timers.

Everything, the room was great, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was good and there were several options. I will stay again for sure.

As stated everything was great with the room but my wife found a spoon in the drawer that was dirty, looked like it was used to scoop peanut butter and then put back in the drawer. She washed all the dishes after finding the dirty spoon.

Loved the modern vibe. We were only there overnight passing through but would have loved to have been there for much longer.

Was not given any information on check in. The lady gave me the key and not anything else. Asked her where the room was and she pointed down the hall.

The bed was super comfortable, and the noise level of other guests was minimal. Hotel was in a quiet location but close enough for all the restaurants and shopping we needed.

I wish the TV had options for streaming apps like Netflix and Hulu. There was only cable available.
