Located in a busy commercial/industrial area with lots of traffic. But the room was quiet and comfortable enough. Lady at front desk check in was friendly enough. We didn't use it but there's a decent looking indoor pool. Laundry. This place is surrounded by food sources but if you're looking for healthy or fine, forget it...lol. Fast food a-go-go. That being said, you can walk to a Waffle House! All in all, it was fine.

Easy chair in the room needs to go away. One too many sweaty bodies in that thing. Had to be careful how you handled some things. Towel rack was barely stable (after being reattached). Same with the toilet paper holder. Couple spots on the wall above AC looked like blood. And a spot of water damage. Peeling paper in the bathroom ceiling. The Hilton it ain't. After a lifetime of traveling via the music biz, I've stayed in WAY worse. But if you're the least bit persnickety, it ain't gonna be for you.

Staff was great super friendly, the rooms was nice lots of space, clean the pool was so warm & very clean, the beds and pillows was very comfortable the bathroom had alot of space great water pressure

I didnt like the fact that booking.com sent the wrong card and took over 2 hours of me and the hotel staff arguing with them to fix the problem very unhappy with booking.com but the hotel handled the situation great was so nice & gave us waters while waiting and done everything they could to solve the issue

The pool is indoors and the heater was broken and the water was green. The hotel was almost sold out due to the big tournament and it seemed like they should have had the heater fixed so the families would have something to do between games. Plus we had a lot of delays and rainouts due storms and the pool would have been good to have open.

We loved the little breakfast! Place was clean & cozy for the most part. They allow pets $20 per night tho. Quiet area and the beds were decent, I'm just spoiled to foam mattresses these days. Close to alot of places walmart, food,etc.

Biscuits and gravy were horrible. Juices need to be swapped out for something more quality. Ghetto roaches made a cameo appearance not once but twice. Y'all might not know that they're in there, room 305.

The breakfast was pretty good. They had a small buffet of the normal items such as eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, sausage gravy and waffles with a waffle maker. They had milk, coffee and juices. Everything tasted good. We ate well. The beds were comfortable. They had coffee available in the room, a refrigerator, iron and ironing board, TV with channels, and a microwave.

I did not like the fact that the black out curtains did not shut all the way. This would be easy to fix, however, it seems to be a common problem in hotel rooms. There was some mold on the shower chair in the accessible room. Everything else was clean. There was no good view as it was located close to an industrial park. The indoor pool color was a little off. But it was a nice area.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast included oatmeal, eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurt, danishes and bagels. The location was convenient. The room included a microwave and refrigerator.

The bed linen should be thrown out due to stains, including the bed bug protectors. The room tables and counters were not wiped down when we arrived. The pool water was luke warm and the decor in the pool area was drab and dull. The bottom and sides of toilet appeared to be overlooked. The carpets could use a cleaning.

How big the room was and how friendly the staff were. The breakfast was pretty good especially for free hotel breakfast.

The smell and lighting in the hallway. The smell wasn’t bad it just reminded me of a 1 star hotel.

Quite clean, quiet room, never heard the elevator right next to the room

I found a small thread on the sheet, which made me look for hair or dirt. I did not find anything else, so it was not important.
