The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. We had two queens. Unlike many hotels, this one had a nice comforter in addition to sheets, rather than a thin covering on top of the sheets. The room was clean and had no unpleasant odors or heavy perfumes. The AC worked very well when close to it, though it took a little while for it to get low enough for my liking. The window completely blocked out light from outside with two separate shades. The shower was really nice. The bathroom was clean, had ample room, and included Dove products for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. While it was one-ply, the toilet paper was of pretty good quality. There were enough towels and wash cloths for the 4 of us. There was a mini fridge, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer available. There were two benches and one small casual chair at a built-in desk in the room. There was a TV with cable, of course; you can actually check out on the TV. The morning desk staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. There were hot eggs, potatoes, and sausage. They offered bread for toast, bagels and cream cheese, a couple kinds of muffins, 3 flavors of blended Greek yogurt, 2 kinds of cold cereal with either oat milk or 2% cow milk. As far as beverages, they had a few kinds of coffee (which is available 24/7), apple juice, orange juice, fruit punch, and still or sparkling water. Plenty of food for anyone to get filled up.

One of the beds squeaked whenever it moved (I did alert the staff, who said they would look into that). Those of us sleeping in the bed further from the AC couldn't feel it very well. It would be nice for the fridge to have a freezer and for the room to include a microwave. The light bulbs are all very bright. It would be good to have at least one that is dimmer. Right now, they have a new computer system that not all of the staff know how to use. As a result, the night staff person could not access my prior communications with management regarding late checkout, so I was not sure about when we needed to check out until I spoke with the morning staff.

I loved everything there - the front desk guy was so nice and welcoming. The room was so clean, it felt really good to sleep on that bed too, very comfy! The location is nice because it’s outside of the city but it’s close to stores, breweries etc so you won’t be bored. The shower was fantastic, hot and had good pressure. Nice bar/shop area downstairs and outside seating as well. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it’s the best value you can get. Also my room was very sunny and gorgeous. Free parking was a big plus.

No downsides.

The staff was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. It was a little farther from Broadway than I thought but that wasn't our only destination. The room was clean. The coffee machine and the water (could get still or sparkling) machine being available 24/7 was great! The breakfast is your basic hotel fare (of which I only ate the yogurt).

The mattress seemed a little lumpy but who doesn't miss their own bed while on vacation. Did wish there was the waffle machine like most hotels these days.

Very broad selection of breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, breakfast biscuits (variety), cereal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, etc. Coffee, cream, sugar, etc. was available 24/7.

To be honest. We had an issue with a broken part in our shower. I really cannot complain though because the staff was so very helpful and made it work for us when they could not get the part to repair it. They gave us a discount for the trouble and were so kind to come and check on us when they saw us at breakfast. I felt that was above and beyond and it made us feel really special with that extra step they took.

Way nicer than expected! A great value also! Everything was beautifully clean, new, maintained, there were even two kinds of sleeping pillows labeled with monogrammed cases telling you they were soft or firm!! Very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was also more than expected and delicious! The staff was great ,very friendly and quick to keep the breakfast area clean and equipped. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!!

Nothing!

Facilities were super clean, staff was so nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was easy to access and in full working order. Breakfast was simple but good, and 24/7 coffee was a godsend. Not a luxury stay, but a very pleasant and hassle free one that had Wildly comfortable beds.

Honestly, this was as close to the ideal hotel stay (especially for a non tourist heavy destination) as I have ever been. The only single.complaint I could have, which isn't even anyones fault, and isn't actually a problem, us that I forgot to put out the do not disturb magnet, and the housekeeping services were prompt on their rounds. But they were nice about my mistake and moved on.

The staff was friendly and very helpful! The location was close to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was so delicious! I had to take a pic. Lol We will definitely be coming back. I will just have to bring my own pillow...

My only complaint is that my pillow was too soft.

It was nice and clean .

The air conditioner in the hall way’s were either not working well, or turned up too high for the AC to kick in or broke.. Turn the AC on in the hallways where the rooms are and people have to walk through.

Ziamara was excellent. We left my wife's bag with some very important jewelry in it and did not know until we got home. We live over 6 hours away. She took the time to find it and the property is mailing it to us. Thank you so very much to everyone. Would suggest this property 110%

Everything was great

Several key breakfast items had run out by the time we arrived and they refused to replenish.

Just the breakfast, also there was a miscommunication from the check-in staff; breakfast was from 6.00 to 9.00, check in staff advised us otherwise was 6.30 to 9.30.
