We traveled to Smyrna primarily to attend the TN Renaissance Festival. The hotel was in a great location, near everything we did, including our meals, sights, stores, and dessert shops. The staff was very helpful with all the questions we had. The breakfast was great! The beds gave a comfortable sleep each night. We traveled with our grown children, so we had two rooms. I appreciated that we were across the hall on the same floor. We were concerned that we might end up on opposite floors or opposite ends of the hall, so it turned out as we hoped to be near their room, so that it still felt like a family weekend.

Though the hotel was in a good location, the noise from the interstate took some getting used to at bedtime. We did not bring pets, but we could hear the dogs barking at night. We understood that the rooms for families with pets were on the floor below us. However, we selected the hotel knowing that it was also pet-friendly because we still liked the location, value, and breakfast.

It was clean and the rooms were really nice for the price. The staff was amazing. They went above and beyond to help us. My father in law just passed and during our move to another house we had to stay at this property a few days. When we left we missed the box that had his ashes in it. In a complete panic I called the property and they went on the hunt for something that meant absolutely nothing to them and found his ashes. I’m not sure who found it but they are a life saver and I could not be more thankful for the help they provided us. We would definitely stay here again.

The fitness center not being 24/7

Friendly staff. Came in on a booking that did not take in consideration my flight tome so my hotel was not ready for me. I arranged for a room at about 5 in the a.m. Came to LaQuinta about 9 a.m. and they solved my problem in about 10 minutes, I was on my way to ROOM 308, 7/10 to 7/17. You are my next travel experience!!!

Miss the Cinnamon Rolls from way back when. Food was good and plentiful except for the one day where there was a guy at the front desk who had his feet up and who could have cared less when I told him there were no biscuits out and the sausage gravy was very low, you couldn’t even scoop any out. But everything else was good and we appreciate you welcoming pets.

Mattresses need replaced.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from front desk to Kathy in dining area. Breakfast was typical but good and hot. Kathy kept everything stocked and tables clean. Great value for the money.

Rooms were a little dated and bathrooms especially tub/shower area could use a face lift but everything worked.

The location was perfect to the interstate for quick access to the interstate. Hotel was clean and nice. Breakfast was top notch and the lady Kathy working the breakfast counter was so sweet and helpful

Paint in the rooms could be touched up! But that’s not a deal breaker for us

The water to bathe was not hot. The light in the entrance of the room was not working. My room was next to the mechanical room, so ot was difficult to rest. The TV kept going out and had to be rebooted several times during my stay.

Beds were comfy, but the pillows were not firm enough. We each needed two under our heads to be able to sleep (3 of us/two queen-size-beds). If our other son would have came along with us, we wouldn't have had enough pillows with 3 pillows per queen size bed instead of 4. But, other than that, I thought the quality was DEFINITELY appropriate for the price bracket we were looking to stay in when booking, although, at that price, it has no "wiggle room" for decline.

The location of the property was great! Pretty much 15-20min from everything (downtown Smyrna, Nolensville, Franklin). The staff were super nice and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The tv was a little wonky - sometimes the channels would freeze or momentarily change to a different station. The continental breakfast was good, however I overheard another table saying they wouldn’t eat certain items the staff placed out, cause they placed them without wearing gloves.
