This was an all-around great hotel. We were greeted immediately by a friendly front desk attendant and check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and quiet and the bathroom was nice with plenty of towels. The breakfast area was spacious and clean and the breakfast options were fresh. Morning departure to I24 South was easy.

While the bed was a little softer than I’m used to, it was still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.

We were in town for a travel baseball tournament. We finished our games prior to check-in time, but we thought we would swing by to see if a room was ready. Upon walking in, Jessica, the front desk employee, greeted us with a warm smile. She informed us that the hotel was booked the night prior and that our room would be ready in an hour and a half. No worries, we knew we were early. I asked if she could call when our room was available, to which she obliged. She gave me a list of local restaurants, etc. to use to kill time. I walked out to the car, and my phone rang. It was Jessica letting me know our room would be ready in 15 minutes. This all came from an employee who was 30 minutes from leaving her shift. Customer Service Level 100! Also, the pool was nice and not overcrowded which allowed our team to get an hour of swimming in after a hot day on the baseball field.

There wasn't a ton of lighting in the bathroom. The shower area was dark, but the rest of the hotel and friendly staff made up for it. Other than that, nothing bad to say. I would definitely book here again.

The breakfast had more choices than expected--and the sitting area was spacious and comfortable. Our room was clean and spacious--the king size bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and clean.

Would have loved to have grits and eggs without cheese--could not eat dairy products. Needed a light blanket in the room since we are cold-natured--it was chilly the night of our stay. Didn't realize the hotel was pet-friendly. Experienced a dog urinating at the entrance of the door. Also, when we entered the elevator, there was dog urine on the floor.

The location was 3-4 min away from our great nephew! That was spectacular. Breakfast was good also. Loved the cinnamon danish.

Stayed in room #130. Kinda handicapped room? Shower head was so high and hard to adjust the temperature. Bed was super high. Hard for older people to get into the bed. Every time I leaned in it the whole mattress slid toward the wall. Trash cans too small. Only one box of Kleenex in the room.

The staff were friendly, courteous and so efficient! Exceptional and helpful people. God bless them. The price was good & housekeeping was the best I have had at a chain hotel for a long time. The complementary breakfast was also generous with good options. Great location; with nearby outlet malls, delicious Edley's barbecue within 30 minutes and easy access to the Hermitage.

I like that it was clean and close to the wedding venue we were going to. Michelle the GM was incredible to us, greeted us with a smile and a good morning. Made us feel welcomed during breakfast for the two days we were there. She also apologized for the bad experience we had with a worker during breakfast.

Parking can be hard to find later in the night. Quan one of the helpers during breakfast was incredibly rude, he threw the syrup bottle all annoyed while we were waiting for our pancakes. Also even asked me if I was going to take all the pancakes because I was getting some for my family and I. Just rude and disrespectful.

Pros: Hotel room was big and clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations: they had healthy options like fruit and a veggie/egg white omelet! There was also a lot of parking.

Cons: the hotel was under construction, and as a result the floor had a slight chemical odor to it--it didn't linger in the room, thankfully, but it was very strong in the hallways.

I never had the breakfast but all the other amenities were great. Even the bed was pretty comfortable.

If the bed was just a little more comfortable I would rate this hotel a ten on all points. Also the entrance need to be lit up better. I missed the entrance twice before I got it right,

The location of the facility. I like the staff. They are always pleasant and nice. The cleanliness of the facility is always top notch.

The beds need a little help along with the pillows. The pillows are too soft and could stand to be firm. The bed needs more cushion I felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast bar each morning. We enjoyed the indoor pool while it was cold in Nashville in December. We also enjoyed the convenient location to shopping and eating.

Too many people homeless and people in cars hanging out all day in parking lot.
