That during the 3 weeks after surgery I was able to have a kitchen to feed myself and those with me that were there to help care for me after my surgery could store food in the fridge and cabinets made it wonderful

Staff getting high with some of the other people that were living there as well as being more attentive to those people who shared drugs with the staff more than me and my group who were there to recover once I was released from the hospital after surgery. I also think that letting people live there is bad for business. There were a couple of families there that fought and argued over jobs within the facility one got the other didn't. You had no safety the backdoor was busted had drug addicts coming in and out all hours of the night and seeing them hanging out during the day sometimes with staff or with people living there just poor experience over all if I could do over I would have chosen another place even if I had to spend a little more to do so.

I’ve been in Nashville since early January on an extended work trip, and stayed at this WoodSpring location. Wonderful facilities and very helpful staff. Rowena at the front desk was fantastic - she helped me extend my stay when I needed to and always let me know when I had a package delivered. I like extended stay hotels for long trips like this one because the rooms include a kitchenette, so I was able to get groceries and cook. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and looking for a mid-priced, clean, quiet hotel stay!

I love the privacy and easy convenience of checking in and out. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well. We stayed here last year for 3 days 2 nights and this year was going to do the same but had so much fun we ended up staying an extra night which ended up being 4 days 3 nights and the manager was extremely nice and helpful in letting us book another night. My children had a wonderful time and we felt extremely safe throughout the entire experience. It was like a mini home away from home.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was wonderful and any time we stay in Nashville, this will be the hotel we stay at for sure.

Rowena was really sweet from the very get-go! She got me all settled in with everything that I needed with nothing but a big smile on her face on a busy afternoon. All of the staff members here are excellent they have went above and beyond to meet my expectations and an extended stay. I could not have asked for more I highly recommend this place the one in Nashville on metroplex drive I can't answer for any of the other ones.

I didn't like that I could hear all of the water through the walls every time somebody turned it on, I could also hear everybody upstairs as a walk back and forth no matter how quiet they tried to be I think the building could be modified a little bit but other than that I highly recommend this place.

The room itself was very nice my stay was very quiet and very comfortable

I had a problem at check in the sheets on my bed was very dirty with stains and hair in bed you could tell sheets was not changed only the pillow cases and when I went down to tell the lady at front desk she had and nasty attitude with about the dirty sheets being on bed she did give me more sheets and did offer another room but the sheets she gave was also stained I had to bring the sheets back down to her and she got even upset and was like well they washed I mean we don't have brand-new sheets this is a hotel just rude

The most amazing , comforting and helpful staff. From the general manager , assistant general manager, all the office personnel and the house keeping staff are amazing. I was there for about a month, I felt so safe and looked after. I was traveling by myself (48 yr old female) and they always checked and made sure i was ok. I will never stay any where else in Nashville. If you need to stay some where SAFE, QUITE, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and with GREAT PEOPLE..... THIS IS THE PLACE. Thanks for everything Wood Springs

The Staff is amazing.. Kirk is cool as a cucumber and down to earth as it gets. Takes The Time To Make Sure his Guests are Situated as well as possible Mrs.Rowena is Wonderful As Well, with all her knowledge yet silliness with her customers, makes it a super friendly environment.. Then Mark at Night Is The Guy! He makes Sure Guests are Safe From All Harm and The Shenanigans of the Wicked! Makes it peaceful and enjoyable as possible for all guests. Best Team Ever!

I love the fact of when I walked in my room I felt relaxed. I didn't have look around the room in discuss. Very clean the staff was great.

The only thing I didn't like was they don't provide the change that's needed to to wash your clothes in the machine they provide. Maybe if the had a machine you could put dollars in to get change would be great.

Centrally located. A little off of the main road though. Walking was not very good but if you have a vehicle or Uber you were fine.

A couple of the employees. They acted like it was a burden to help accommodate you like with new keys ( when yours didn’t work) or checking in and out or sometimes even to take payment to renew your stay. After 8pm you have limited assistance

The staff and other residents were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower.

Cable was out and internet was weak. I bought a roku to watch TV It worked fine
