Customer service was great, everyone seemed very friendly and accommodating, I'm pretty sure this is where I'll stay whenever I'm visiting my children who live 11 minutes away from that location.

The only thing I didn't like about this location is that the waffle house is right across the street from there and I couldn't stop going which isn't good at all for my waistline LOL

Everything was very comfortable. Accommodations were comfortable surroundings were comfortable price point was comfortable. Stay all in all 9 out of 10.

Bathroom toilet had a leak informed the property but it didn’t get fixed. Maybe they need to do more after I left other than that no problems no issues.

Nice up to date clean and comfortable. We just stopped in to sleep was traveling got tired. But serve you breakfast good hot coffee in mornings and check out not till 11 even nicer as is the price. Will stop in again for sure.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The facility was in decent condition. The shower had low water pressure and would only get warm, no matter how far I turned the handle. It also was something minor but we didn't have an ice bucket.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff was helpful. We only stayed a short time.

There was an odor in the halls. More musty. The hotel was recently renovated so it didn't really matter

 we stay there on the 26th in room 117 we checked out on the 27th. They withdraw money from my account saying there was smoking in the room window was not at all we went outside 15 to 20 times during our stay to smoke. We are on video camera and the clerk seen as every time we went out

Good location to restaurants and shopping! Coffee when I got there! Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was good size. Nicely decorated.

Only 1 working ice machine. No out of order sign on the broken one. Parking lot needs attention, badly. $50 incidental charge that was not mentioned until check in!

Everything! A lot of decent places that are walking distance! A big plus is that there is a cross walk at the light so it makes it easy to walk to different locations from the hotel
