The staff was polite and friendly during all shifts. The rooms were clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

I would have liked the continental breakfast end time to be increased to 10:00, especially on a weekend.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Loved that Dove bath products were provided in the room. Room was nice and cool when entering instead of walking into a warm, poor circulation space. Check in and out was fast and easy. Ample parking. Quiet room too.

Curtains were a little ragged and needed replacing

From the time we walked in the door it was awesome until the time we left. We were there for a Band Syate Championship and usually stay in one of the other hotels in years past and you fill like you are an inconvenience when you check in. In this case there were 3 people in front of me and I was like ohno here we go. I was pleasantly surprised we were to the front in less than a few minutes. The 2 ladies working were amazing. I had put a request in on line for the first floor they already had our rooms ready and were so very nice. And this was around 3pm at checkin. The rooms were exceptionally clean and large. The ladies that was in the breakfast room was amazing as well. If I could rate this vist on a scale of 1 to 10 it would be 15. This is where we will stay in the future. Thanks for making our visit great.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed and great location. The hotel is close to everything like restaurants, stores and the expressway. Reasonably priced

Loved the location. It was a nice place. The beds were comfortable.

There was mold around the tub. Then went to use a towel to wipe my face and the was a clump of hair in the towel.

One of the front desk employees could’ve been more pleasant. I didn’t catch her name, but she wasn’t very welcoming or polite.

This hotel is easy to get around , the parking and lobby are easily accessible. The hotel room is large and has large surface areas for suitcases and a desk for working. nice lighting and large window. Bed has comfortable pillows, bedding and mattress very comfortable. supplied with plenty of towels. has microwave and refrigerator. has pool and exercise room upstairs.

The hall noise was loud in the morning. we had soccer teams staying there at same time as us. the banging doors were the thing that I had wished were different. when people leave the inside latch inside door and let the door slam.

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable and the water pressure was absolutely AMAZING! I love that they have real shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower

Hot breakfast and coffee was great. We had an early flight--the breakfast room attendant let us go in before 6:00 so we could eat before we had to leave. Very gracious and accommodating. Room was comfortable. Parking was very easy. Front desk staff courteous.

The air conditioning goes off and on all night & was noisy. Other than that, hallways were relatively quiet, even near the indoor pool.

The beds were comfortable, and the room was lay out was functional.

The bathroom tub looked like it had a ring around it. I cleaned with my cleaning supplies.
