Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The lobby/atrium is so open and bright.

No breakfast. I get it's a more expensive hotel but having no included breakfast is a bit disappointing. Also there are bottles of water in the room that you are not allowed to have unless you sign up as a Hilton rewards member. A little unnecessary

The hotel is in a good location. About a 15 min drive to downtown. Area was nice, quiet and safe. Hotel has a restaurant inside. The staff were amazing. Easy check in process. Hotel was clean along with my room. I would give this hotel a 10/10 and will be staying here again.

Parking could have been better. Very limited parking in the front of the hotel.

When booking, our reservation for 5 people the confirmation said, “breakfast included in the final price”. Of course, we assumed that meant breakfast for all of us that stayed in the room. However, when I asked at the front desk the morning that we were supposed to eat breakfast, the lady working the front desk wasn’t really sure of her answer. She hesitantly told me that when I was given a voucher at check-in, and it only covered one adult to eat breakfast. I showed her my reservation confirmation, and again she didn’t really know what to say. This part was very disappointing, but other than that our stay was good.

The hotel is in a great location to be able to check out sites in different areas of the surrounding areas of TN. Their food at the indoor restaurant was amazing and the staff was helpful with anything that was needed.

Charging $10 per day to park in suburban setting is excessive.. there are huge parking areas around the complex

The staff was friendly at check in and check out. We had a drink at the bar in the evening to wind down and the bartender was super friendly. We enjoyed talking to her about all the different bourbons we enjoy and getting tips from her on others to try.

Nothing that I can think of. We will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the very large, open lobby with lots of gathering areas. The bar area was very nice. Large, well appointed clean rooms. Accommodating staff. Lots of parking space.

One of the elevators was broken which was a little inconvenient, but that was only temporary.

it was clean, had everything I needed, staff was so friendly accommodating and helpful, the hotel it self was beautiful with the waterfall and the see through elevator I felt like I was in a movie. breakfast was fantastic!

the pool seemed to have too much chlorine and we noticed a floating ball of hair, and the hot tub had way too many chemicals to try to relax in it. it started getting cloudy when we turned the jets on. we still enjoyed our stay and swam for a few hours so it was okay

The staff was great, the location was great, the food was good.

I didn't like not having the free buffet, like at other location and the free happy hour, and my wifi didn't work,this is the third location. We had this problem!!!

Our stay Here at Hilton was great ! We will def be back next time we come to Nashville . The hotel was beautiful everything was super clean & everyone was friendly.
