Angie, the night manager was very welcoming and polite. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot, and the room stayed cool! The room, furniture, and linens were all clean. The refrigerator worked. All in all, the room exceeded all my expectations.

My only complaint is:the door frame of room 116 needs a little repair because the door doesn’t seal to the frame on the bottom so there is space for air, light and critters. We only got light and air. NO CRITTERS!

My wife loved the place, stayed for five nights. The bed was very comfortable, along with the room. Very homie. The people were so nice. It was close to everything, great location. She stayed at two other places on this road trip and this one was the best by far. This will be where she stays next time. thank you all.

Beds slept amazing, cozy little rooms, bathroom was nice although the shower head was short lol.

Someone tried to open our door. Not sure if they had the wrong room but when I looked out I didn’t see anyone. There was a dnd sign on our door. It was about 12:15 pm.

The staff is wonderful. Its the only hotel in Henderson. A big disadvantage. The lobby was beautiful. It was explained to us the hotel is under reconstruction , which it really needs.

The drainage in the tub barely drained. No stopper in the sink.

Everything is always great, I'm always happy when I can stay in Henderson when I come see my FHU student instead of having to stay in Jackson. Will be staying again in a few weeks!

The only problem we had was the air conditioner didn't work, but the fan kept the room plenty cool.

Great location. Needs updating. Linens terrible. Towels need to be replaced. Mattress ok. We bring our own pillows-really good idea. Decent for the price. Clean. Friendly staff. Only hotel in immediate area of FHU.

We always love staying there, but we had to cut our stay short to only about 3 hours because there was a chance of tornadoes.

The only thing that I didn't like, was that I didn't get to stay longer. We love this place.

The staff helped us with a room change. Had an issue with original room. The young man was polite and concerned for our comfort. The continental breakfast left something to be desired though.

Nice pool. Clean room.

First room was dirty, they moved us and the second room was cleaner. Poor excuse of a free breakfast. One type of cereal, banana or apple

Nice heating system. Free wi fi and television. Small coffee pot with complimentary coffee, creamer and sweetener. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.
