Bed was comfortable. Had plenty TV channels to choose from. Place to hang your clothes and set your bags. Desk and mini fridge were handy. It was clean for the most part. Which clearly I asked for more, but kind of the fact of it.

The lamp was very grungy. And the chair foot stool had a tear in it. Also was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper, and only 2 bath towels for 4 of us.

I like how easy it is to get to from I 40. The price is okay. This was my 3rd time to stay there. Will be staying again. Except for the hair on the shower wall, the room was clean.

The light over the sink didn't work. I had a hard time seeing because there were no overhead lights. All lamps. Found someone else's hair in the tub. Toilet clogged and I plunged it myself.

Very nice location. Room was clean, well stocked ( appliances) and beds were very comfortable.

Killed a fairly large roach that was sitting on the cabinet below the t.v...but we didn't see any more that night or the next morning, so I'm assuming it was a fluke and may have been left by the former occupant.

I love the price. I love the location in proximity to Bellevue/Nashville. I always stay here when I come to visit my daughter.

The only thing I didn't like was it is right next to a gas station/truck stop. It gets pretty loud.

The breakfast was simple but good and plentiful. The space is small but clean and had everything you need for breakfast.

The office staff was a little curt when checking in.

Clean Comfortable REAL toilet paper! Didn't get to try the breakfast, but the setup looked great. Blew a power steering line when we arrived, so was in a hurry to get to the parts store before the heat of the day.

We had no tissues in our room but everything else was very good. The breakfast was well stocked but there was not an assistant to help us with certain needs. Also the bathrooms were out of order.

Price is nice. Easy to get to from the highway.

Not enough restaurants on this exit/road. I ate more Sonic than I wanted to.

I normally do not stay at Quality Inn because they do not have elevators or it looks like a motel. I had no choice this day as all the hotels in Nashville were booked. Upon arriving, I met Mrs. Nancy at the front desk who I heard tell the customer before me that she had to clean all the rooms herself. I immediately said that there is no way our room will be cleaned. After checking in, other than the spot in the carpet, the room was very clean and had no smell. The restroom was clean with no strings of hair in the tub (something I experienced at a major hotel). Mrs. Nancy called the room to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. After cleaning all the rooms and doing everything by herself, she still had a great attitude and service with a smile when we checked in. We we woke the next day to attend breakfast, she was back at work with that same smile asking how did we sleep. KUDOS to Mrs. Nancy. I appreciate you for your Exceptional Customer Service......

They need to have the carpets cleaned or take up all together. They are pet friendly, so no carpet would be a plus for the hotel.
