Allison Paoli is wonderful! She is humble, warm heart and a real example of a manager who care for the customers, and the staffs. When we were there, there was a tornadoes and flood, the food truck could not make in time and her staffs could not be on time for the breakfast. She was there for customers making breakfast and did the work of the entire food & beverage team. She works hard and she can cook delicious food. She really make a positive difference and put a smile on our faces. Thank you Allison & your team, making our stay more pleasant!

Great location for Lipscomb University. I liked the secure parking. Beds, TV, WiFi, all good.

I had to ask for a shower cap and when I got out of the shower I realized I didn't have any body lotion. I just expect that to be offered in a hotel and did not bring any with me. I didn't notice it was missing until I needed it and that was too late. Also, the shower head with an adjustable spray was only designed for someone about 6 feet tall to be able to adjust. I am 5 '1".

The room was beautiful, immaculate and with a very modern decor!

The hotel had serviced the water in the hotel and when we turned on the faucet, the water was brown. I understand why it happened but it was not a good first impression. The hotel was close to the Dove Awards at Lipscomb University and that is was why I chose it. Adding $30 a day to self parking was a bit much for our group.

Location was great for my purpose; the hotel is beautiful and clean!

wonderful place but will not stay again. We were told we were given an extend check out if an hour (noon), but as my husband was bombarded by housekeeping twice (once while in the shower and she used her key trying to get in AFTER he just told her we had the extended checkout). the front desk then called him and told him to get out

That you all charged $30 per day for parking. I checked in early, and my room was in a terrible area, no view like in a dungeon. The toilet paper and napkin were not satisfactory just ripped off. I am a hospitality teacher, so I see those things.

The bistro food was simple, but tasty! The bed was too close to the floor for me. Difficulty getting up. The type on the phone is not readable. Too faint. THE STAFF WERE FABULOUS! ESPECIALLY THE BLUE COLLAR GUY AT THE ENTRANCE! GREAT HELP!

Breakfast was amazing and the courtyard view room was beautiful.

Checking in was not great as I had to request a different room because the first room was not as described for the price I paid.

Love the bed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and pleasant.

No keys were available at 4:00 check and had to wait over an hour to get the room.

We liked the proximity to Greenhills mall. The hotel was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

$30.00 for parking was steep for a suburban location.

Loved the location. When I booked the room I had no idea how convenient it was to walk to so many retail stores and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again!
