The cleanliness surpassed even the “fancy” higher end hotels I’ve stayed in. Seriously, the tub was spotless, not a hint of dirt mopped into the corners on the floors, no motel musty smell (if you know, you know), towels were fresh and fluffy. Our room was serviced everyday & fresh towels offered. Breakfast was always fresh and the staff was super nice & accommodating the entire trip. Everything was just much nicer than I could’ve expected for the price. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a great stay!!

If I were to make any suggestion at all, a crockpot of sausage gravy would go a long way toward balancing the sugary items at breakfast. 😁

We booked this motel due to its location to a frequent bus service to downtown instead of driving into the city.  The lady (manager) who checked us in was polite and welcoming and that same lady was very helpful later on when I had a problem with the washing machine.  Our room was all that we needed and it is the first motel that we stayed in that had a visitor information guide which was useful. The room was clean enough and it was nice to have a table with 2 dining chairs so we could sit up to it when we chose to eat in the room. The TV was fine and the microwave and fridge were clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good; the bathroom and wash basin areas were clean and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was basic with toast, cereal, waffles (individual sections which was much better), some apples and good coffee but this was good enough for us and the male manager was attentive ensuring things were topped up when running low. Considering the motel's proximity to the main road and other services it was really quite quiet and nothing disturbed or concerned us at all. It was also well located for a frequent bus service and Walmart, Waffle House, Krystals, Cracker Barrel and other shops/ eateries, all within walking distance.  We even managed to get Dominos to deliver one evening! Overall we cannot fault our stay here and the managers were approachable and willing to help with any issues but not intrusive. If we were to visit Nashville again we would definitely choose to stay here!

While the exterior does appear a bit dated, the room was very nice, exactly what I expect from a hotel. Clean, smelled fresh, no weird stains, comfortable. We ended up staying here after having to leave another hotel/motel because it was disgusting (do NOT go to the Red Roof Inn Plus near the fairgrounds), so we were very anxious. Luckily, I had nothing to worry about with this property! Nothing fancy, but I was very happy. Thank you for everything!

The price was within our budget. Office staff was friendly and accommodating. Places to eat and shop were close by.

It could use some sprucing up. A little more attention to maintenance and room cleaning would help. There are not enough choices for the complimentary breakfast. I'm on the short side, and the beds are pretty high. It was an effort to get into the bed. Also, no coffee pot in the room had to go to the office for coffee a bit of an inconvenience.

We had a nice, clean and warm room on the 2nd floor. No foreign smell or insects. Towels and bed linen are good, white. The mattresses are comfortable. The beds are not too wide for 2 adults, so I slept with the child, and my husband slept in the second bed. These beds are full size. All equipment (TV, refrigerator, microwave, sockets and lights in the room) worked perfectly. We came to the Depeche Mode concert. Bridgestone Arena is 15-20 minutes away by car from this hotel. We parked in the Art Museum parking lot, the evening cost was $5 per hour.

The only problem was that the shower switch didn't work and there was no water flowing into the bathroom or into the shower head above. My husband forgot to tell the administrator about this so that they would pay attention and fix it. This was not critical for us because... It's not hot now and we came for a short time. But this is important in a different situation. Our room was 207. And I can’t say anything about breakfast; we didn’t have time to go to it because we slept longer. And breakfasts ended at 9:00.

Huge rooms, almost like an apartment, which was able to accommodate four of us and seven pieces of luggage with plenty of room to walk around. They also participate in Park Sleep Fly, where you can leave your car on long trips and shuttle to the airport (for all cruisers out there).

The location was the closest we needed to be: close to I-40, close to Green Hills, close to general chain restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. You couldn´t hear the interstate traffic with the window closed. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, which is a big plus. For example she came to our room for some errand we had asked about.

The bedtable light wasn´t working and it wasn´t a bulb issue. There is next to no dog-walking area unless you go to the school further up on your left as the city closed the asphalt trail they had nearby.

Beds were comfortable. Good number of channels on TV. Also able to use a firestick on the stable 5g wifi

A few red wasps by steps handrail, but they took care of it. Remodeled older facility, but kept in good shape. Toilet paper was one ply and a little rough.

No frills. Super clean, comfortable room. The beds were tall. Very comfortable. I arrived late in the middle of the night. The front desk clerk jumped right over to the night check in window. No hassle check in. It was quite, peaceful. Close to restaurants and interstate.

I have no complaints.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The property was extremely quiet, I couldn't hear any traffic or any other guests. There were a few restaurants and a convenience store all within walking distance.

I wish breakfast could have lasted a little longer.
