The beds were reasonably comfortable and the room was clean and a decent size. At breakfast, there was a strawberry batter for waffles, which I tried, and it was pretty good.

I don't really have much to say about my dislikes. This was a standard hotel that covered the basics pretty well, although there was nothing that made it stand out from other standard hotels.

After Hampton Inn could not take the payment for my stay as Booking.com payment was withheld. I was luck the staff member Teresa, who was very professional, helpful and friendly during my whole stay. Managed to give me a room that I had to pay for again.

Had a king-size bed with a sofa bed room. The sofa was exceptionally comfortable.

Couldn't figure out if the heat was on or if the thermostat was for air conditioning. Husband got really hot overnight due to heavy bed cover and pillows very very soft. VERY LOUD with kids running around and then adults having a drinking party in the breakfast area until 11:30pm and could hear in our room while trying to go to sleep.

Location:/proximity to family, pretty pool area, nicely decorated. Elevator was large enough for my wheelchair.

Outdated fixtures, bathroom fixtures need attention - shower made awful noise, took forever for water to get warm in sink.

Breakfast was good, clean eating area.

Employee at front desk in the morning was not very accommodating. We asked to use a meeting room for about 15 minutes and was told we had to sign a paper and agree to pay 100$ or more for that. At the same hotel in a NC location that we stayed at two days before this it was not a problem at all. Here we were told we had to just sit in the dining area with our notary that we were meeting with briefly.

The hotel's atmosphere was vibrant and had a modern lobby. Hospitality was great, they made us feel welcomed from the minute we arrived. What makes this property is its people, everyone including housekeeping is warm, friendly, and helpful. The price was good and the room was relatively spacious and clean.

Convenient location, also near restaurants , highway. Room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast very good.

No closet, bathroom mirror light just partially working, commode seat loose, needed to be replaced.

Ice machine on 4th floor didn’t work, commode seat very loose and the mirrored closet door was spring so it would not close. Dangerous getting up at night and walking into it on way to bathroom in the dark.

The room had nice layout and size. The bed was comfortable and location was good. Nice that breakfast was available, would prefer to have bacon or breakfast sausage available, and sugarfree creamer options.

No vending machines on the floors.
