When you first walk in, you’re hearing music the front desk greet you you get a warm feeling just as soon as you walk in check in with real easy you go to your room soon as you walk in you can tell that it’s absolutely clean very comfortable bed maid services excellent the breakfast area we have large tables very comfortable chairs The breakfast selection is fantastic. You have eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy waffles great choice of cereal, especially for kids muffins, English muffins, bagels, yogurt, and of course, orange juice, cranberry juice, and coffee. There’s a snack area that has a large assortment of chips and drinks are pretty good weight room have a washer and dryer. Parking area is well lit. It’s located just off of the interstate easy off easy on all in all. This is a very fantastic and wonderful place to stay. I would highly recommend it.

I honestly cannot find anything I did not like, and I was looking

Everything! The hotel and everything in our room was clean. No odors through out the facility. The beds, pillows and bedding were very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot breakfast was good as well. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood.

The hotel did not receive the reservation from Booking even though I had a confirmation number. The night desk clerk was very nice and helpful in resolving the issue. I ended up canceling the booking reservation and booked directly thru the hotel for $7 cheaper. The price was a little high but this is Nashville.

I really loved the front entrance to this new hotel. It was brightly illuminated and the attendants were very welcoming and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. I had questions later that evening, and I called the front desk several times. Jackie, the attendant, was so kind, patient, and helpful every time I spoke with her. This is our new home away from home in Nashville.

I appreciate the free breakfast, but, in my opinion, there is not enough variety of breakfast items, and the food prepared was not as tasty as I think it could have been. But this certainly will not detour me from this hotel when we return.

This is a beautiful hotel!! The room is modern, comfortable and had good WiFi and plenty of usb plugs for phone chargers. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel, and had real eggs. The fitness center actually had free weights (dumbbells); a nice addition. The lobby and sitting area are gorgeous, and include a fireplace. Whoever designed and built this hotel is brilliant. For a chain hotel, I was more than impressed!!

A printed guide of the tv channel list would be a nice addition

Everything is perfect . Clean , quiet, and warm hotel . The front desk is super amazing, Aavash , Jakky, and the young lady in the morning shift are friendly and very polite. The whole experience is wonderful. I would appreciate the GM of the hotel because he / she makes every thing moves smoothly in the hotel . Thanks a lot to the housekeeping staff and the young lady in the breakfast area .

Great location to the hospitals and appointments and eateries, breakfast setup was wonderful. Very quiet no loud noises or disruptive situations. Very impressive.

There’s only one negative thing we experienced on 3rd floor going to our room was the smell of mariguana in the hallway , from a visitor clothes, which I have chronic asthma. For next visit I will request 1st floor room.

There were very good breakfast options, a lot of different options, and staff who were right there when things were running low. I last minute asked for a room facing east and the front desk did what they could for me.

I wished for meat options besides pork for breakfast, but hey, it's 'merica. The pool was a bit small, but it served its purpose. Not much more to say than that.

The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The hallways smelled so good.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. I had raw biscuits, sausage wasn’t cooked very well, and the gravy was like water. Everything else was good. I would’ve liked to had more fresh fruit and oatmeal.

The location was great. We did not eat the breakfast.

There was not enough drawer space for clothes. There were four (4) people in our room and we only had two small drawers for all of us. We stayed two (2) nights, so more space for clothes would have been better.
