The great: the front desk clerk, who was helpful and always tolerant and always easily smiling (welcoming any questions and the extra time they may take); The meh: ran out of eggs over an hour before breakfast ended and that attendant just said, “they’re gone” without any rationale or apology. But they had a waffle-maker and bacon/sausages. Her response was the only only slightly m meh thing we witnessed. Faculty banks against a police station; there’s a dollar general, CVS, Walgreens in walking distance, as well as a Planet Fitness, ya’ll!! Place was win win!!

See above note. Entering the place was a little tricky the first time, easy the times that followed (we stayed 2 nights). Big thing is that it was half the price of the other hotels and the tins were clean, and really nice…and pet friendly without the gross pet smells!!

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite. The bed was very comfortable.and the bathroom was clean. They came and cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. ( I was there for 4 nights ). Great stay for the price! Would recommend to anyone.

The only thing I would say is that coming off the interstate heading back to the hotel you couldn’t turn left into the hotel because of the traffic blocking your turn which was also at red light with no turning lane until the next light about 50yds away. So If you got lucky and no traffic coming you could turn in , if not you had to drive and turn around to come back on their side of the road.

First of all, KUDOS to the two ladies courtesy staff assisting in servicing the breakfast area. They were smiling, friendly, positive and made us feel VERY WELCOMED!!! The room had several amenities available to us; the beds were very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep! The bathroom also had plenty of towels and products and a shower that no one could complain about.

I/We were very satisfied with all the conveniences available to us and for all travellers!!! There was a restarant next door and other types of restaurants nearby if you desired some choices. It was easy to contact a Lyft/Uber driver to take us to our downtown destination ( a short distance away).

Location, literally one minute off the freeway. Clean and spacious rooms. Tea and coffee facilities great. Breakfast included was good, finishes early though by 9am. We had late check out at 12:30 as our flight was at 21:30. Very kind of them to say yes. Without any extra charge.

My elderly father struggled with the bath. Climbing in and out was difficult for him.

The location was great for us close to family members, Waffle House, Jack in the box and a shopping mall a few minutes away. The room was very clean and parking lot was well lit at night.

The toilet once flushed would take 15 minutes to fill up making it hard to flush twice ( if you know what I mean) so we had to use the ice bucket fill it up with water from the sink , took toilet lid off, pour water into it over and over after every use for 2 days just to be able to flush. Maybe it was just our room or most of the hotel we don't know. Otherwise we would have given it a 10

Pool area was not well kept. The pool was fine, just the table and floors where other guests sat and left garbage. Breakfast could have been varied up a bit - stayed a week so that is along time for the same items.

The suite style room was great for having my dog and working remotely without feeling cramped. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The gym facility is pretty outdated and just has 3 pieces of equipment (that don't all work properly). When I arrived, they assigned me a room that wasn't clean yet. Fortunately, they remedies that quickly.

In town for a funeral and the location was convenient to family and services. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff was always polite and gave us a smile and a wave as we passed through. The location is very convenient for US 40 and Briley Prkway.

It is somewhat dated and perhaps could use a good coat of paint in the halls (I don't really think this is a detractor for me but I realize others it may bother). The elevators had some issues while we were there with the doors not wanting to close on the first try. It didn't inconvenience us once I figured how to work around it but it likely needs serviced soon.

Our room was much larger than expected, clean & quiet. The bed was so comfortable we didn't really want to leave! Parking is free which is always a plus. We didn't make it to breakfast because of the comfy bed but waffle house is next door so we were very happy. Our experience at this location is the reason we sought out other Comfort Inns while on our road trip. It is still close enough to downtown (few min drive) without breaking your budget. Checking was easy & quick which was fantastic after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with updated furniture and bathroom features. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room off the lobby was delicious with a good variety of both hot and cold items in plentiful supply. Coffee was very good.
