my parents live in Jackson and it is dangerous there. my kids car windows were broken out and they were robbed. I felt safe here. staff was amazing

can't find a single negative other than I can't figure out hiw to add my first trip to my Hilton honors.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. I will stay here again when I'm back in Milan visiting relatives. Breakfast was good and convenient. Friendly staff.

everyone was so friendly

our bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. there was hair in the shower and the floor was not mopped. I always use Lysol wipes to clean everything off and go over the floor. it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t clean either. the beds were super hard and uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep well.

The room was very good. Breakfast was good. Overall, one of the best experiences staying in a hotel I have had.

The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a good location since we were there to visit family. Beds were very comfortable.

Free breakfast and comfortable bed.

Shower needed attention - black (mold?) behind caulk. Room smelled upon entry (either old smoke or slinky smell). Light fixtures near breakfast area had LOTS of bugs stuck I used the fixtures.

The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Olivia was especially helpful!

The mattress was very soft and I prefer a hard mattress.

The staff was friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in, during breakfast hours, evenings. We loved the special touches, cookies In the evening was a nice treat!

The breakfast food itself was not the highest value and not a lot of options each day. The staff was excellent but not the actual food quality. except the waffles makers- **11 stars

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

It was odd there was not a place to hang clothes/jackets, no hooks, hangers or closet.

Cleanliness, Good breakfast. Sweet lady that checked me in.

Showers head needs to be more powerful.
