The room was very quiet and secluded, which was fantastic! They upgraded our room at no cost, which was such a pleasant surprise! Also, they had a stove and two microwaves, which I've never seen in a hotel.

My spouse and I are night owls, so we sleep late in the mornings. We put a "Do Not Distrub, Still Sleeping" sign on our door so that housekeeping would not wake us up. However, someone took the magnet off of our door, so we were woken up every morning, which was a little frustrating. To my knowledge, it was not the hotel's fault, but still.

Very clean, beds were very comfortable, pet friendly rooms had a grassy area and trash can nearby so you needn't go far.

TV was impossible to figure out, remote worked sporadically, could find only one channel. Toilet seat bolts were quite loose, making for an interesting little trip in the middle of the night! No fruit on breakfast bar, tea bags were for iced tea, quite weak.

I was there over a week and they kept extending my stay with no extra charges or changing rooms. The staff is great. The property is safe and quiet. Coffee all hours. BBQ pit in the back for grilling.

A handrail on the wall for stepping out of the shower. The tub was slow to drain. Although the Trump-Force shower head was fantastic like a fire hose.

We always stay here when we visit Murfreesboro. Beds are comfortable, all the amenities are excellent. Staff are Friendly.

Bathroom needs updates, lot of homeless roaming outside but they seemed to be harmless. Breakfast could go back to having hot food besides just waffles.

The property was clean. It was nice. I slept well. My family enjoyed the experience, even though we were there for the health of my husband.

The price the price the price it was taken advantage because there was a music festival there we were there for a family emergency and yet because the music festival on that weekend the prices cost me $300 for the one night ridiculous

The room was clean (including the bed and the towels), all the essentials were present (towels, soap, shampoo, micro-wave, fridge...). All the equipments (TV, shower, micro-wave, fridge ...) worked well. The receptionnists were kind. Well situated. No noise. The room was spacious.

On Booking, it is mentioned that the hotel has a fitness room (with a photo showing equipments). Actually, the fitness room was empty (only 2 exercise balls inside). A bit disappointing, given that it was a criteria for me to choose this hotel. The description on Booking should be updated.

Great location.

Mold in the room. Advised the “manager” and he was very dismissive about the situation. Did contact Department Of Health regarding this, they are supposed to send someone out. Take guest complaints more serious. Don’t act like we lied. Didn’t want a free room, just to have it fixed.

Convenient location, friendly service, clean, breakfast included. Water pressure in shower was amazing!

It was just a bit dated. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Shower curtain didn’t fit fully so water got all over the floor. The TV also quit working.

The staff is easily the best part of staying at this hotel. The girl on first shift is a very professional lady, has a great overall attitude. The lady on second shift is awesome, and very down to earth. They both are an amazing asset to this company.

I've stayed here multiple times and the only problems I've had here are with the laundry facilities, and the drink machines. I've probably loat $20 all together because of them but other than that no complaints
