Coffee was very good, location was clean. Elevators were smooth and quiet, front desk was very professional.

Quality of prepared food was not bad, (eggs and sausage) just plain. The butter was frozen, found no syrup for the pancakes which were also below standard (poor taste and chewy). Should have been more pastry, it was a breakfast serving, right? Opening under room door allowed hallway noises inside, stacked a carry bag at bottom to cancel noise. Other than that the room was very quiet.

Overall we our stay was good, the breakfast did not have a huge selection but good enough and very hot. The hotel is in a good location very nice and new area.

The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because our mini fridge was not working and my husband needed it to keep his medicine cold, we instead used the ice bucket to keep it cold. Also the window blind was missing. We already settled in our room and it was pretty late at night when we checked in. I did not call the front desk because we were very tired and did not want to have to switch rooms.

The room was clean and the bed was so soft. The towels nice and clean and soft. The atmosphere felt good and comfortable. Our room was a corner one so we had no one on either side. It was a great bonus to get the quiet atmosphere and good sleep. The breakfast was good

The thermostat wasn't working. It had condensation on the screen so the screen was unreadable. It was very cold in the room and we couldn't adjust the temperature. But i was able to use my phone flash light and from an angle i was able to see some words on the screen. The only thing I was able to do was turn the fan to 'low' so at least it didn't blow too hard. And it helped.

Location good. Breakfast not so good. I like protein. You have plenty of Carbs, which is fine for people who like carbs but I like bacon and eggs, sausage. There were eggs and Canadian bacon but really were not tasty.

Everything was good. No complaints. I really liked the young woman at the front desk. Very kind and friendly. Didn’t catch her name, should have but didn’t. She just moved here from Colorado. Got that much.

I messed up my reservation and the overnight attendants were beyond helpful. They rushed to help me fix my mistake and get me into a room. They were very friendly and caring.

It was very hard to book with the actual property versus a third party booking site online. I wanted to book directly and kept being rerouted. I also made the booking at midnight so it was very misleading as to which date was being selected.

Everything thing was close distance to the hotel, so we didn't have to travel far to get to places.

This was the 1st hotel I've stayed in that didn't have a microwave in the room. And when looking around our great room, there was room for a microwave just the idea of getting on the elevator to go down to the 1st floor where there was only 1 microwave made no sense but we would definitely stay at this Hyatt again.

Everything! The beds were amazing. Everything was clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Breakfast was fabulous even having avocado slices. I adored that they used regular plates and silverware instead of just plastic and paper plates. Salt and pepper shakers on the table. Everything was great and the coffee was excellent! The cook of breakfast came out and was very friendly and we enjoyed conversation with him and other staff. We really really loved having all the USB outlets to charge our tablets and phones. Pool was fun. Good location.

I can honestly say that I liked everything about this motel and its location. It didn't lack in anything.

Everything except the $100 pet fee I was unaware of for a 1 night stay. Very pricey for a small (12 lb) well trained dog.

Pricey pet fee for one night. I have another one night reservation coming back at the same place which now I would like to cancel unless my $100 feet can be waived

Price was great, room was clean.

I was told by the front desk that Booking.com had overbooked rooms, and instead of two queens, I got a King and a roll-out. I was traveling with someone I could not share a bed with, so it was a really bad situation, and the management offered no solution at all and just blamed booking.com for the issue

The staff was great, breakfast was decent considering it was hotel. Room was nice, only thing was bathroom could’ve been little cleaner. And it was a pain to get towels. But otherwise great stay and location was perfect.
