Greg was very helpful during check in. We really like the Candlewood Suites with a full kitchen, and the fact that we had free use of the washer and dryer. The room was a great size and the kitchen area perfect. The disability access bathroom was very well done. We liked that there was plenty of lighting on both sides of the room. The location was good, and it was easy to get to many of the sites in town. If you are looking for a good place to eat, the Slick Pig BBQ on Main St is excellent.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed, very clean motel and room. We love the big frig and ability to cook our own foods to save money. Wonderful place to stay.

Surprised there was only 2 plates, bowls, forks, spoons, knives, 1 spatula to use for cooking. Had to hand wash them up each time after eating so I'd have them ready for the next meal. Would've been nice to have a cutting board too. I thought it would have had more things to use in the kitchen. But we made it work 😁

The staff on nightshift was very understanding that we came from florida and was very sweet to reinstate our reservation. Since we booked from the 7th to the 8th.We are from illinois and usually have to pay for the night before if we plan on checking in late . So if we arrive at 3am we had to pay for a stay on the 7th to stay until checkout on the 8th. The gentlemen was so nice and was really patient with us 4 adults and 5 kids ages 1 to 8. The hotel was under construction for renovation, but let me tell you the upgrades are AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING was beautiful and extravagant!!! The rooms came with a fridge,freezer, desk, stove top, coffee maker, personal bathroom, 2 queen beds with AMAZING, COMFORTABLE sheets and pillows, spacious for a family of 5 and other room family of 4, colors in room were gorgeous and calming, the bathrooms had ample towels and washcloths, they had dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in HIGE bottles for use, and the kitchen came with utensils, cups, and other accessories for dining, and had a dresser and flat screen t.v. therewas plenty more in the room as well. On top of all this the morning staff was so sweet and interacted with the kids in a sweet way by making jokes with them, being attentive, and being playful with them. They were amazing listeners and gave excellent ideas for things to do and very informative on anything you asked them!!!! Highly recommended this place!!!! Definitely will be back!!! Pmus the pricing is amazing only $250 for both queen rooms is what I payed!!!

Friendly Staff, Everything was clean. I felt at home! I was a beautiful suit! I would stay again. Had everything we needed in the room. We didn't want to leave! We were able to take our cats!! The coffee bar is awesome. It's a huge breakfast and close to everything.

The lighting in the main living area was very poor. The tv stopped working; thought it was the remote with a dead battery .The very nice lady at the front desk gave me another, said I need to press one particular button very hard (can’t remember what it controlled), but in the end, it did not work at all. Missing silverware in the kitchen.

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the fact there was almost a full kitchen in the unit. I was not expecting that but now I know for next time! Comfortable beds, friendly staff!

The ONLY issue I had was that I was running late (we didn't check in until after midnight) and even though I called to let them know I was still coming, they had cancelled my reservation so I had to do the entire process over again and I was tired. The lady at the front desk was still amazing and went as quickly as she could!

Comfy bed, super nice staff.

Only complaint was the room had a smell of marijuana. It was slight but unless a skunk was in the room, someone had smoked in it. Room was clean but maids could have used a odor neutralizer to get rid of that smell

I loved the cleanliness and the comfiness of my stay! When I booked a king bed, I did not expect the room to be so open and accommodating! :)

The only thing I have to say is that the hand wash soap in my bathroom was completely out, so I had to use the shower body wash to wash my hands.

Good location. Convenient to places I wanted to see.

I would like a receipt for payment. Did not receive one. Was told booking.com would email receipt. Have not received email receipt. This is disappointing.

The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable.

The hotel decorations are a bit dated and there was a bit of an odor in our room. Also, the fan on the AC does not have an auto mode so it runs all the time which was annoying.
