Very broad selection of breakfast items including fruit, yogurt, breakfast biscuits (variety), cereal, milk, apple juice, orange juice, bagels, cream cheese, etc. Coffee, cream, sugar, etc. was available 24/7.

To be honest. We had an issue with a broken part in our shower. I really cannot complain though because the staff was so very helpful and made it work for us when they could not get the part to repair it. They gave us a discount for the trouble and were so kind to come and check on us when they saw us at breakfast. I felt that was above and beyond and it made us feel really special with that extra step they took.

Facilities were super clean, staff was so nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was easy to access and in full working order. Breakfast was simple but good, and 24/7 coffee was a godsend. Not a luxury stay, but a very pleasant and hassle free one that had Wildly comfortable beds.

Honestly, this was as close to the ideal hotel stay (especially for a non tourist heavy destination) as I have ever been. The only single.complaint I could have, which isn't even anyones fault, and isn't actually a problem, us that I forgot to put out the do not disturb magnet, and the housekeeping services were prompt on their rounds. But they were nice about my mistake and moved on.

It was nice and clean .

The air conditioner in the hall way’s were either not working well, or turned up too high for the AC to kick in or broke.. Turn the AC on in the hallways where the rooms are and people have to walk through.

Ziamara was excellent. We left my wife's bag with some very important jewelry in it and did not know until we got home. We live over 6 hours away. She took the time to find it and the property is mailing it to us. Thank you so very much to everyone. Would suggest this property 110%

Breakfast was just a grab & and once items were gone they were not replenished. Would have liked a hot breakfast.

The hotel was clean. Staff was very polite and professional. Rooms were clean and neat. The bed was extremely comfortable. Was able to get a quiet nights rest each night. Close to shopping and good restaurant options.

Decor simple and clean. Even though the room was small, it was thoughtfully designed.

There were no grab bars whatsoever in the bathroom. I couldn't shower without an assist bar in shower, and even one grab bar near toilet would have helped me. Considering it was considered an "accessible " room, it had none of these things. Only accommodations were for hearing impaired.

I stopped here for an overnight stay while on my way to Florida. Easy to find, comfortable beds, and a filling breakfast. Would definitely consider stopping here again if I was in the area

Liked the fact that the breakfast had fresh fruit. Location was great. And the muffins were excellent!
