There were a variety of options for breakfast, which was good. Also, what was offered was enough to last until dinner, which was good. The location was excellent. We walked or took a Lyft to all the places we needed to go; it proved to be cheaper than renting a vehicle.

I had no issues with my stay. I like everything about the hotel. What would have been nice is if there was a shuttle to and from the airport. We paid for a taxi, which was a bit pricey. Otherwise, everything was great.

I don’t know what they clean with but it smelled like Heaven…..until the crowd came in smelling like outside, I did not go to the pool, though it was open and cleaned. Instead, I tried out the hot tub and after driving for four hours straight, I was instantly relaxed. I LOVED the eggs at breakfast.

My only issue is driving for so long and still having to wait for my room but due to me waiting I was given a room on the first floor, which ended up being right next to the gym, spa area, and pool

The daily breakfast enabled us to slow down and take in the scenery before starting our day. The location was close to the mall and a variety of restaurants. The housekeeping made everything feel luxurious when they changed out the bedding and the towels at my request. The room was a nice size and temperature, and the water temperature was hot each time we showered. The room met our needs for the 5 nights we were there. Even the elevators and the ambience of the hallways and room smelled good consistently

The gym had three machines that only provided cardio options of exercise. Our toilet seemed like it was leaking after each flush, and we needed to flush more than once in order to efficiently arrive at a clean bowl since portions of the toilet were coming back up. Our closet door looked like damaged, and the bathtub had a spot in the middle where a bathmat might have been that was permanently marked. Additionally, there was no "room service" or delivery options that we could have without having to physically go downstairs to retrieve items.

I liked that it is very close to everything. The staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. Very quiet even though it is close to a busy highway, you can’t hear any noise.

They served the same exact breakfast 3 days in a row. It would have been nice to change it up a little but it was good. Slightly hard to turn left out of the hotel but there is a turning lane so that helps. The bed was comfortable but very hard to turn in do to the type of mattress. Bed a little high for shorter people.

The location was close to restaurants and bit too far from the university. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and thoughtful. They folded up our daughters' blankets and put their squishmallows on top of our pillows one day while we were out. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. There were plenty of choices for breakfast each day. So overall, a great stay for the five days we were there.

There was a funny smell in our hotel room's bathroom and the area around the toilet was dirty; as well as the caulking around the base of the bathtub. The TV remote was tricky to use bc you had to point it to the cable box and turn on the TV manually from the back. And there was a hole in one of the closets doors.

Checked in very late but called the front desk to advise of the delay, front desk advised the manning of the counter would stop at 11pm, we arrived approximately 11:30pm and the front counter still had someone present who was really helpful. The room was very large in size to accomodate 2 queen size bed. For the price we paid the breakfast included was pretty good particularly the variety.

The air conditioning heater was noisy when it turned on to keep the room temperature but given we were tired it didn’t really matter.

We stayed here Christmas eve and Christmas day. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the lovely ladies at the desk. Always cheerful despite it being Christmas and having to work. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom as it had a large vanity with storage. The room, also, had adequate storage. The decor is maybe a little dated, but come on! It's Murfreesboro. None of the local hotels are well decorated, in my opinion. I would rather pay a little less for a large, comfortable room than one that is small and new with ugly decor. We used to live in Murfreesboro so I can tell you that this property is very well located and in a safe area. The breakfast is pretty standard. We were happy with yogurt, coffee and fruit.

The lighting in the bathroom could be better, but I am never happy with the lighting level in any hotel. It would be helpful if hotels installed close-up mirrors for us eyesight challenged.

Location was great. Breakfast could use better warmers.

Cable box for tv has been mounted under a desk which causes the remote to only work if you hold your arm in the air and move it around. Terrible location and idea. When I initially called the front desk to inform them the remote wasn’t working, they immediately gave instructions on what to do. So, they must get this complaint all the time.

The hotel was well-located, clean, and the room was spacious and nice. There was lots of nice lighting in the room and plenty of outlets and connectors for computer, charging, etc. The view wasn't great--I was looking at the roof and a concrete post but I was only there for one night so it was ok. The price I paid was well worth it and beat the Hampton Inn I stayed in last time I was in town.

Beds a cleanliness, breakfast buffet was amazing! Fridge in room was awesome. Very comfortable stay. Pool and hot tub etc it was very good in that aspect.

I think switching the cable out for a Roku style tv so guest can log into their Netflix, Prime or Hulu accounts would be beneficial. Other hotels do this and it’s much better than cable and probably cheaper for the hotel. Also body wash & shampoo bring placed in showers woukd be a nice touch like at the Hilton.
