Front desk Carolyn was SO sweet and nice! Very helpful. Beds are perfect super comfortable which is important! Day time Front desk Gina? Was super nice too. Great staff. Air conditioner worked great. Nice big TV. Parking was no problem. Will stay here again because the price is right and free for our pet.

Dirty floors in our room. 2nd time staying here. 1st time 2021 now again same problem. Floors were Black and AGAIN like last time we had to mop the floors with wipes and their washcloths!! I took washcloths to front desk to show Carolyn how Black and dirty with woman's long hair on it.!! I even talked to the cleaning people who stood outside our door at 10am when check out was at 11am waiting. They barely spoke English so don't know how much he understood but I left them a note with the Dirty wipes so they could see how they weren't mopping the floors clean! They seem to be using the same dirty water from the other rooms. Had to sanitize everything in the room that you would touch! I tried to upload the pictures of the dirty floors but can't get it to work.

Friendliness of staff.

The bed are way too high. I had to climb ,then hoist myself in the bed. My 82 year old mother struggled tremendously. The continental breakfast could use a few more options. I left my computer charger and called back as soon as I realized it. The same day. The front desk had no idea if they had a lost and found and told me to call back the next day. I am 3 hours away from this location. Better training and knowledge would be a plus. We always stay here when we come to Murfreesboro. Just disappointed with this stay

We came in after midnight, and the man at the front desk was terrific. He had a warm smile and was accommodating as I was tired and looking for my credentials. He quickly made light of my getting frustrated with myself and quickly had both my son and me laughing. He changed my mood from sour to happy. The lobby, common areas, and rooms were beautiful; everything was clean and new. These areas also smelled fresh.

Upon entering the room, the smell was stale and dank (mold smell). We turned on the AC, and the scent came faster from the unit. The door to the bathroom was shut, and when I entered, I was overcome by a moldy, wet, stale smell. Nothing was moist, and the towels were clean, but the smell in the bathroom was awful. I kept the door open for the rest of the stay. I was awakened by loud noises, like something hitting the wall next to the headboard several times. We were in the very first room in the hall so that it may have been the food area or staff.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Readily available at all times. The location was by over 30 plus restaurants and several shops and museums (some walking distance, most within a mile). For price and location, it was excellent. Very quiet inside and not on a busy street. Near highway but cannot be hear in the building. Mini golf and go karts/video games place right behind (maybe about 50 steps) but not noisy at all for residents. Staff even allowed me to come back to find my son's airpod, with cleaning staff being very professional and honest. Washing machines on site were very clean (fairly new!!!) Continental breakfast available for those that want. About 25-35 minute drive to Nashville, longer when traffic (was about 50 minute between 4-6 pm). Overall, great bang for buck with clean rooms, great location, and great staff.

My room had a slight smell, which I think came from the air conditioner. Staff tried but couldn't find the source. I don't believe it is in every room as there are units in the hallways, walk ways and you cannot smell anything. Leaving from the hotel then to main road, if you are making a left, can take some time. Same for turn left into the hotel road, although it is not that bad. Cost of washing machine and dryer seemed high. It worked fine, but you will be paying for convenience of not going anywhere else for laundry. There is a local laundry mat about .4 miles away that was very clean and had a cheaper machine (I haven't been to a laundry mat in a while. Small machine was 4 dollars and that was cheap but seemed kind of high). That is about it. I still would recommend the stay.

Location was 5 minutes off the highway. Close to Chipotle and Culvers for a quick dinner before checking in at the hotel. Hotel is older, but decent for the star rating with some renovations. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pets stay for free when we stayed. Great value of the cost. I also liked the spa smell wafting through the lobby and ground-level hallway.

Breakfast was lacking. Could use some boiled eggs for protein besides the white bread, butter and jelly, and kids' cereal. But the hotel's price compensated for that. We stopped at McDonalds on the way out, and still came out ahead.

It was updated but still quite reasonable. Also pretty clean.

The toilet clogged up right at bed time. The guy at the front desk tried to hand my husband a plunger. Hubby was concerned if there was an issue, he would get blamed for it. So the guy did it. but started to leave a mess behind. Hubby had to ask him to come back and clean mess up. The guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. Could offer some different options for breakfast and still be continental. Could have coffee pot in the room.

Since I was staying for 4 1/2 weeks I liked not having to pay for my pet. Room was clean and comfortable while being close to many locations. Staff was friendly and ensured my stay was pleasant.

A mini fridge with a freezer would have been a bonus. Could hear everyone coming down the hall through the main door. It wasn't too terrible though and with a fan noise...kept the noise down.

Very good for a 2-star hotel. The location, cleanliness, service, and comfort are great. The friendly attendant reopened the breakfast service when we arrived after closing. The facilities are older, but recently renovated. The lobby/waiting area was beautiful, and our room was nicely refreshed. Our Shih Tzu also stayed for free. You can't beat that 🙂

By no means a deal-breaker. But they had no bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. The site says weekend breakfast until 10:00. We got to the breakfast room at 9:15, but the actual service ends a 9:00.

Breakfast was simple and fine for what we needed. Everything was clean, the bathroom was a little tight, but manageable. The front desk clerk was super kind and after a long day on the road exactly what we needed!

The OJ dispenser was a little wonky but it looked like someone got it working when we were leaving. I think my only "gripe" would be that the people above us were a little loud in the morning.

Excellent location One of the most immaculately kept properties inside and out I’ve ever seen. The cleaning products used smell so good. The housekeeping couple are absolutely precious! They’re so friendly and kind.
