Our king bed room was very spacious. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the area was spacious with plenty of seating. The location was immediately off the interstate with a Cracker Barrel two buildings away.

Our room smelled a teeny bit musty. The fan on the A/C unit never turned off, even though the air temperature did vary to maintain the room at a constant temperature. The elevator was a bit rough, but it worked.

Breakfast was perfect especially the nice attendant...we stayed two nights and each morning she greeted us with a smile and was attentive to our needs.The selection was different each morning and I enjoyed the smell of strawberry waffles and fresh cooked bacon.. There was plenty of variety. My children well teenagers couldn't wait until the next morning to get breakfast! Thanks!. We were there to move our daughter to Lipscomb and the staff were so congratulatory! The Cracker Barrel close by was awesome! I'm definitely coming back to the location. Oh I almost forgot this was the CLEANEST hotel and I love the toiletries in the restroom...they looked like salon products! Thanks guys!l l

I don't like pet friendly hotels and that's not this locations fault because that's the custom now days. I told the manager upon checking in how terrified I am if dogs and I'm scared to get on and off the elevator. He had his staff to check their rosters to make sure I wasn't too close to pets. At that time only 1 guest was checking in with two dogs...I did see them but that guest used the stairs instead of the elevator and our paths never crossed!

Andre and April were exceptional and very welcoming upon our arrival. I am definitely coming back here next time I take a trip down to Tennessee. You don’t really come by people like them. -amazing customer service -comfort - clean

The front desk staff were awesome. Very friendly & polite.

Breakfast was tasty, but several items were not refilled in a timely manner or guests needed to ask. Surprised the coffee area was not tidy. I'm not complaining, Hampton usually sets the bar high and you don't see this.

The staff was very welcoming & helpful. The front desk, housekeeping, & the breakfast staff. The cleanliness, and the location was great. Stores & restaurants close by.

A little hiccup with the fridge, but it finally started working. We were going to move to another room, but by the time it was ready we were headed out. And since I had a cooler it was durable.

They took us in no problem after the disaster at the other motel offered us water and a small Discount and they did not have to the staff was so friendly and the rooms ever very nice and clean there was one issue and they fixed it right away

They were so friendly and concerned. I was moving out of state after my husband’s death. My house had sold and the movers came to get my furniture.

The breakfast while understand is basic was lacking a lot of supplies reportedly due to shipments. Which I believe is true but also I believe is in part to not ordering in a timely manner

Gideon Bible was available. Location was easy to get to, cleanliness, pleasant interaction with employees. Nice room size,

Mattress was horrible, very disappointing- breakfast wasn’t very tasty.

The location was good for where I need to be, while visiting family and friends. The breakfast was not the best in the world, but it was free and it was sufficient .

There were no onsite amenities, other than a small pool, no onsite restaurant, no shuttle to take you anywhere.
