It was clean! The bed and the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good and varied. There was a surprise -to us- happy hour when we arrived. Nice to have a treat and some canned drinks to choose from.

We had some trouble with the key cards and the door lock. Would have been nice to not have to make so many trips up and down to get keys that actually worked.

Breakfast was standard prepared items. Only fruit being Apples and oranges whole. Suggest Bob's Red mill oatmeal as it is healthier than Quaker. Potatoes on Sunday nice to use with gravy for those gluten free/ avoiders. No green tea or mint which would be great. More variety from day to day on choices also if possible. Remember many avoid dairy, gluten and sugars.

Stairs not vacuumed in 3 days there. Shower tub drained very slowly. Microwave express keypad did not work. Exterior upkeep could use a little more daily attention.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was wonderful at keeping stations filled, and it was very busy at one point due to spring break holiday. Very impressive. My kids also loved the indoor pool and hot tub.

The cost was high compared to all other hotels we stayed in on our road trip. However due to limited lodging in the area, supply and demand is expected.

Breakfast was amazing. Housekeeping was consistently good. Thorough and unobtrusive. The room was big enough and the kids really enjoyed watching PBS Kids. The pool was nice and warm. The staff was friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains were extremely effective.

The bed was uncomfortable (too firm).

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT at this hotel! I was amazed at how clean and large my room was! I was impressed with the microwave and small refrigerator that I did not know would be in there. I also was super happy that there were Dove products for free use in the bathrooms. The hallway smelled clean and the breakfast was amazing with lots of perfect choices for all! Thank you for the friendly staff and hard workers that made my 3 night stay enjoyable!

it was a good experience. The doorways worked a bit better than last visit. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable and clean

Too bad the happy hour was cancelled for this date. We were looking forward to it as were other guests.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Loved the blackout blinds. Completely hides the light. Nice little happy hour.

Didn’t love the pillows. Had trouble at first with our keys getting doors open but the clerk got us new cards.

Best place to stay in Alpine. Clean rooms. Good breakfast

Excellent free breakfast. The food was hot and hearty - a big step up from typical "free breakfast" in chain hotels. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The front desk staff could of been more friendly. They did their job, but would appreciate a hello and a smile.
