There was no breakfast. We liked the proximity to Subway and Starbucks and the main highway. We LOVE the pet policy. That's really why we don't go anywhere else.
It took quite a while to get everything working. First the air conditioning didn't work, so we had to switch rooms. Then the tv wouldn't go on. We got that fixed after a while. Then the volume button on the remote wouldn't work. Someone came in and showed us how to get around using the remote.

The manager or the guy at front desk was simply amazing. It was cold, people were looking for rooms and every one was full. He handled it so professionally. Made us feel.so.welcome. will definitely come back. A few accommodations can be missed if that customer service is good then it can't be beat. He was awesome
Nothing at all. Was great from the check in to leaving. We were a few minutes running behind. Staff didn't flinch. Was so nice.

Property was right off the freeway and along our route with very easy access to food and gas.

dirty shower, toilet, and floor. no shampoo offered. desk clerk came into my room unannounced while I was in the bathroom.

Cleanliness, size of room, had a table to use
The tv playing in the room next to us all night and then the volume was turned higher at 4AM making sleep impossible. Room only had 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap, had to ask for more.
