I love staying here. Susan, Shara just always make me feel like I've come home. I told them this trip that I had a better night's sleep at their hotel than at the fancy $250/nt resort in Santa Fe- all you need is clean, dark and quiet. Hard to describe, I just appreciate the opportunity to go back and demonstrate my loyalty for all the extra helpfulness and friendliness they show. Other than that, I love that this hotel is about a mile from the Botanical Gardens and this time, I was so very delighted to discover that there was an outdoor concert there for $10 one of the nights of my stay. Thursday nights for anyone who wants to check it out. It was also an overcast and cooler evening at the end of July. God was definitely smiling on me. Great trip.

Everything was perfect - and the price so reasonable, especially for 2025 when everyone else seems to be jacking up their prices. Used to be that AirBnBs were cheaper, but now I am back to hotels for the price & predictability.

The room was extremely clean. I also appreciated having a kitchen, though we did not use the stove this visit. The AC worked really well. The staff was pleasant, and the surrounding area felt safe (lots of hotels in close proximity). Overall, felt we got great value for what we paid.

The beds were a little too soft for our liking. The room was not completely up-to-date decor-wise, but that isn't something we look for in particular, so it was not an issue. It would be beneficial to have some basic kitchen items in the unit, or staff could mention during check-in that items are provided upon request. There is no gym.

The property was very well maintained. Nothing bad to say at all except ice machines and a pool would be a plus. Loved the large room with little kitchen. Quick elevator. Pet friendly. Quiet hallways! Susan at the front desk was welcoming and friendly! Definitely will stay here again!

No pool and no ice machines, just the ice maker in the fridge in the room but that won’t stop me from staying here again!

I came for a dog show and usually have to scour the floor for possible hazards like pills or candy or bugs, and this floor was clean as a whistle. I would feel better if the beds were on box frame so the dogs can’t go under the bed: maybe something to think about another time, but the bed was comfy and bathroom really clean. Also plenty of grass space to walk a dog.

Not the property’s fault but the rooms facing the highway are also right at the back of Saltgrass and the trucks come to deliver at 4 am and pick up dumpsters. Ask for a room on the side that faces the old cinema instead.

Staff were super nice. We booked there because of the listing for Barbecue Facility, and kitchenettes / full kitchens. We most often travel with our own food and enjoy home cooked meals rather than eating out. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was nothing supplied. No pots, pans, utensils, nothing. Front desk gave us an old fry pan to cook our steaks in because there were no barbecue grills either. The range hood fan did not work and made it very difficult to pan fry a steak without smoking and stinking up the room. Then, we started seeing the roaches! Ugh.

Rooms being self-contained with kitchen and full-size fridge, comfortable bed and great working AC/Heat units - not noisy like in so many other hotels. Room is quite from outside noises; window coverings that cover the window and block outside lights at night, unlike the drapes that always have a gap in the middle or on the ends and either people can see in or if there are a lot of street/parking/hotel lights that shine in. Restroom is roomy with space to place your personal items. My dog likes the room as well (when she travels with me)

The location was very convenient; easy on and off the interstate. The room was nicely appointed and clean. The kitchenette with a full size refrigerator was a plus. The was complimentary coffee in the room and the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

No breakfast was served despite "Breakfast in Bed" being listed online and on a card in the room. The was a small store where one could purchase over-priced items to prepare in the room. One suggestion: have the kitchen and bedroom lights funtion independently; all three overhead lights are not always needed.

Excellent ! It was clean & spacious. It even had a little kitchen ! The bathtub was very clean and the bed was good. The best part was it is very close to resturants, particularly Saltgrass, it was so nice to not have to get back in the car after already driving 6 hours. I'd only say that if you're beside the exit door on the first floor you will get woken up by poeple exiting . Regardless, if you're looking for an affordable, clean& and comfortable place to stay this is it.

Very friendly staff, easy check in and out, the bedroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable, good bathroom. There was a kitchen with a large fridge that I didn't use. Wifi was good, it was a nice stay for the price.

The fridge was very noisy and the lamp on my nightstand wasn't working. I arrived late and ended up not needing it. When I told the staff in the morning, they apologized and allowed me to have a bottle of water for free. It doesn't look like much, but it was nice of them! 😀

We were there just one night. Front desk staff were excellent both at check in and check out. Room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Great location. Loved having the cooking option.

Bed was right next to the fan. Hard to adjust the temp. No ice machine. Front desk staff did advise us to turn on the ice maker as soon as we got in the room but it worked very slowly.
