Building is brand new. Unfortunately I missed breakfast but the space was clean and inviting and there was lots of room for a crowd. I also like the coffee pod Brewer in room doors to the bathroom were quiet sliding doors. Room got dark.

Didn't know what time it was, the two clocks in room didn't match. Checked in late.Yes, My fault , should have gotten a wake up call,My fault for not asking, I guess... After checking out time, received a call from the desk, with an offer to check out late. Would have appreciated that at check in, along with wake up call offered. I ended up checking out late with no breakfast. Yes of course. All my fault. I'll do better next time. (I'd come here again)

Property located in a nice quiet area. Nicely furnished from the entrance to the room. Great breakfast options and overall very clean! They had 24hr coffee available and had snacks available to purchase there at reasonable prices. We ended up staying an extra night due to the weather conditions and our stay was very comfortable. Room was good size, furniture to sit on besides bed, good tv cable service with various channels and nice lounge area.

The only negative situation we encountered was with the lady that checked us in on the 13th. She did not make us feel welcomed, didn’t say much and was very short when asked any questions.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I travel a lot for work. Easy check-in/out with friendly staff. Room was modern, updated. Convenient location off the 40 freeway (“Cadillac Ranch” is just minutes down the road, went to see it for fun). Had a good variety of breakfast offerings, and staff was very attentive. It had both a pancake machine AND waffle maker. In addition to it being clean, it was also QUIET! I had a room down almost at the end of the hall, which I greatly appreciated.

The hotel was well located, clean and attractive. They had a luggage cart which was critical for me this trip and an elevator that worked well. They honored my request for a quiet room and it was very quiet from the time we arrived at 4 pm. The breakfast was good and plentiful and coffee was drinkable which isn't always the case at hotels. I was very pleased with my stay and felt it was worth the price.

The bed was a little soft for me but that is a personal preference and the initial staff was ok but could have been a little more engaging. The stay however was excellent and I would stay there again and recommend.

Clean front staff pleasant and I was a little intense. No ice bucket in my room, issues with my ESA Registered dog. He has his own card & credentials. He is 5 lbs of amazing! No bark, shed, messes. I have never paid for him to stay. In the end I didn’t pay. Bathroom not very clean, carpet, just not up to par. I stayed in 4 hotels on my journey from Chicago to Palm desert. Yours was the nicest.

The lobby was nice, the staff, at check in were friendly. Room nice, clean,and bed comfortable

There were bad Storms and the Tornado sirens were going off, over and over. There was no suggestion to go into the hallway, away from the windows. Next morning the fire alarm went off, and the fire truck was out front... No announcement about false alarm or evacuation, it was unsettling.

It was well-maintained and modern-looking. It was quiet, had decent amenities (pool, fitness center, breakfast area), comfortable bed, clean bathroom/shower, and ample space n the room. If I ever find myself in Amarillo again, I would not be adverse to staying there again.

The night clerk was not terribly friendly. This didn’t really impact the stay, but she also didn’t make us feel terribly welcomed. The rest of the staff were pleasant and personable, so her negative demeanor really stood out.

The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere as you enter the lobby. The room was comfortable, equipped with modern amenities like a coffee maker, backlit bathroom mirror, microwave, and mini fridge. Most importantly, it was very clean. Additionally, it's conveniently located near Amarillo's medical center, making it an ideal choice for healthcare visits.

This is a new hotel, so everything was soooo clean. The bed was really comfortable, and the lighting in the bathroom was actually good enough to apply my makeup (a first for me). The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Located in a really nice area.

I don't understand why the hotels only provide one hook in the bathroom to hang towels on.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly and polite. Even with little ones she made us feel comfortable and less stressful. I loved the breakfast their were plenty of options for my family to pick from plus 24 hr access to coffee. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious definitely amazing. Finally bathrooms were nice and decorative.

The only dislike that I had is the bathroom door was getting off track so we were getting locked in the bathroom at times. Outside of that their was nothing to dislike
